Pros:

Centrally located in town. Parking space. Not too big.

Cons:

No electric outlets near the heads of the beds. Bathroom faucet was very loose. No hot water, it luke warm. Front door not very secure. Towels were old and raggedy. Prostitutes next to hotel at night.
