Hotel precioso en el centro de Santillana
Pros:

El hotel es un antiguo palacio reformado, en el centro de Santillana. Está decorado respetando la estética palaciega y es simplemente ¡precioso!
Las habitaciones son amplias, la cama y las almohadas super cómodas y el desayuno buffet, es modesto pero cuenta con variedad tanto de dulce como de salado.

Cons:

Todo me gustó! Por poner una pega, el secador de pelo es demasiado pequeño y carece de potencia suficiente para alguien con el pelo largo

Buen hotel en excelente ubicación
Pros:

Su ubicación, las camas son cómodas y nos dieron una habitación muy amplia. Todo limpio y cuidado. El buffet del desayuno no es muy variado pero está bastante bien y además tiene un patio muy bonito para desayunar. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y en general nos gusta mucho.

Cons:

La mujer que había recogiendo las mesas y demás en el desayuno, era muy seria y estaba siempre con cara de pocos amigos. La verdad es que es lo último que te apetece ver cuando estás recién levantada y llegas a desayunar, que te encuentres a esa mujer tan seria y poco agradable. Tampoco me gustó que la habitación y el baño tenía poca luz, las lámparas no alumbraban mucho, ya que tenían una luz muy tenue.
