- Le logement "appartement 2 chambres" non conforme vis-à-vis des photos sur Booking.
Celui-ci était situé sous les toits, non notifié sur site, sans clim, avec aucune luminosité dans la pièce de vie en pleine journée.
- Propriétaire contacté le jour de l'arrivée pour changer de logement par rapport à ce que nous avions réservé. Refus de celle-ci et réponse désagréable. D'ailleurs, nous n'avons jamais vu cette personne pendant une semaine.
- Pour manger sur les tables en terrasse, c'était une vraie expédition depuis le deuxième etages. Pas de plateaux de service pour descendre le nécessaire.
- Concernant les équipements : Pas de moustiquaires, pas de clim surtout sous les toits, pas de rideau occultant et réveillé à 6h30, pas de micro-ondes, parasol de piscine cassé, proximité avec la route pour dormir, manque d'équipements en cuisine.....
- Pour conclure, très déçu de notre hébergement qui ne correspondait pas aux descriptifs. D'ailleurs, un signalement a été fait chez Booking pour photos trompeuse. Je vous mets en pièces jointes des photos de notre location qui ne sont pas sur le site.

Pros:

Schöne Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Toskana. Das Apartment war sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Pool Bereich war sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir waren im 2. Obergeschoss untergebracht. Trotz Ventilatoren war es sehr warm insbesondere nachts! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern fand nur per WhatsApp statt, gesehen haben wir 4 Tage lang niemanden. Die Rezeption hatte geschlossen. Es gab unten im Hof diverse Tische und Stühle, die allerdings alle belegt schienen. Zumindest gab es keinerlei Informationen im Apartment zur Nutzung…
Die Möbel im Wohn- und Essraum waren sehr unbequem.

Krásné místo s mnoha výhodami a drobnými kaňkami.
Pros:

Krásná lokalita, snadno dostupná, velký a pohodlný apartmán, vlastní parkování, krásný velký bazén mezi olivovníky. Apartmán čistý, pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Vybavení kuchyně. Příbory jsme po komuniaci s paní domácí našli (šuplík v jídelním stole překrytý ubrusem), ale toufale chyběl hrnec a cedník na těstoviny, pánev na vejce, nějaká prkénka na krájení... Pokud je bydlení bez jídla, považuji za standard mít vybavenou kuchyni tak, aby se v ní dalo plnohodnotně uvařit.

Pros:

Great location with small town nearby which has everything you need for your stay. Apartment was spacious and rustic, very in tune with Tuscan style. Pool was amazing and much needed after spending the day exploring. Plenty parking and very peaceful.

Pros:

Prava toskanska idila, imanje je veoma lepo, sa dosta mesta na kojima se moze uzivati u potpunom miru. Apartman je prostran, odlicno opremljen i veoma lepo stilizovan. Bazen je veci nego sto izgleda na slikama, a voda je topla i veoma cista. Lokacija je odlicna, u blizini dosta vinarija. Najblize selo je udaljeno samo kilometar, a u njemu se moze naci sve sto je neophodno, od marketa, do prelepih restorana, koji se nalaze u srednjevekovnom centru.
Komunikacija sa domacinom je odlicno protekla, cak nam je izasao u susret i oko kasnijeg odjavljivanja, jer smo imali kasni let za povratak, sto je za svaku pohvalu.
Sve preporuke, sigurno bismo se vratili.

Nydelig natur og flotte bygninger. Mulighet for å vaske klær. Utstyrt kjøkken. Høyt under taket, luftige og lyse rom.

Cons:

Ingen aircondition. 2 soverom i leiligheten, Vi spurte om vifter, da fikk vi en vifte på deling. Det var over 33 grader på rommene.

Tidlig utsjekking klokka 10.00.

Ingen informasjon i leiligheten om telefon nummer til taxi. I booking annonsen sto det at overnattingsstedet er behjelpelig med transport. Vi spurte om transport og fikk ikke hjelp. Heldigvis hadde min bror plass i bilen slik at vi kom oss til flyplassen. Taxi skulle ha over 350 euro for å kjøre oss til flyplassen.
