If is your last option is ok
Cons:

Old windows and too much noise from the street.
Bedsheets seems that were not changed from the previous customer.
Only one night was enough.

Stayed for a week while visiting friends. Great home base as it was close to the BTS and convenient for getting around

Needs a refurbishment
Pros:

Good staff working there, very helpful
Good location, near supermarkets and a big mall where you find everything

Cons:

The bathroom ceiling had some problems with the heavy rain , it was dripping around the sink
There was a crack in the wall between the beds
The ceiling around the AC looked horrific

Highly recommended for budget traveller
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet soi at Saphan Kwai, which is a very nice residential area with convenient BTS access.
3-5 minutes walking distance to 7-11, nice local restaurants, barber shop and nice cafes.
There's a common kitchen and laundry machines which I used several times, quite convenient.

Cons:

No proper working station or desk in room.
