Pros:

O hotel tem fácil acesso, bem localizado, infra estrutura completa e ambientes muito bem cuidados, destaque especial para os funcionários, todas as interações que tivemos foram sempre extremamente educados e atenciosos.
São ofertadas 4 refeições por dia, e tem opção para vegetarianos, veganos e tb sem glúten ou lactose, o cardápio é bem variado.
Pegamos vários dias com chuva, mas sempre tinha monitores para propor atividades.

Cons:

Nada que tenha comprometido nossa estadia, mas o banheiro do quarto tinha um cheiro estranho que não saia, mesmo estando limpo. Senti falta de um dispenser de sabonete no banheiro do quarto para poder lavar a mão, tinha só em barra.
Também só tem um lixo no quarto, que é o do banheiro, poderia ter um no quarto para embalagens, garrafas e afins. Mas tudo são detalhes que não prejudicaram a experiência.

Pros:

Local extremamente bem cuidado, acomodação espaçosa, camas confortáveis, alimentação variada e bem feita, ambientes aconchegantes, instalações esportivas novas e bem conservadas, monitores simpáticos.

Cons:

Embora a acomodação seja excepcional, havia um mau cheiro no banheiro vindo de um dos ralos. É um problema conhecido, pois tanto o pessoal de arrumação, como o pessoal da manutenção já sabiam disso e tentaram resolver com produtos químicos. Fiquei hospedado de quarta a domingo e a solução durou metade deste período.
