Es war zwar nur wegen dem Konzert von „The Weekend“ gebucht aber das war das aller letzte Nie wieder gäbe es in der Bewe

Einiger Maßen freundlich das Personal.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer das gebucht war von den zwei Zimmern war bei Ankunft massiv verraucht vom Geruch her wurde dort eine Zigarre geraucht. Absolutes No Go in der heutigen Zeit. Mitten in der Nacht wird versucht in das Zimmer durch andere Gäste hinein zu kommen. Absolut Absolut nicht akzeptabel. Hier wird noch eine Entschädigung fällig zu mal das ersatzweise zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer ein Bett drin hatte das auf Plastik Rollen stand die Bremsen nicht gebremst haben trotz dem diese angezogen waren und es hat extrem gekippelt so das man das Gefühl bekam auf Grund der Breite beim seitlichem kippeln aus dem Bett zu fallen.

Jede Zeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig?
Keine Komplikationen so weit.
Ich konnte sogar nachbuchen, ohne booking.
Am Wochenende kam auch das Reinigungspersonal und klopfte freundlich an der Tür.

Cons:

Nur leider war der Preis für zwei Nächte, (Wochenende) höher als der Normalpreis in der Woche.
Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen und bei diesen Temperaturen eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator.

Die Unterkunft ist ab 22 Uhr nicht zu betreten.
Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt. Telefonisch hat der Mitarbeiter mir empfohlen, die Buchung zu stornieren, aber leider bekommt man kein Geld zurück. Geld ist weg.
Keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort, um Probleme zu lösen.

The property was not like what was advertised on Booking.com. I booked for 6 people and they gave us 5 beds and since we reach there around 22:00 we were asked to pay extra for extra room. When asked about why are the rooms not nearly as advertised and we were told its booking .com who advertised these pictures. Upon asking why are we not getting at least what we booked, the hotel people asked us to pay for extra which was completely not acceptable and not what I have ever experienced on any booking platform let alone booking.com.
However after arguing for about half an hour we left to find some other palce and had to experience the extreme stress of having no place to spend the night with small children. The property simply refused to give us what was actually booked. We had to spend 3 hours driving around and trying to find a place for the night. Then we had to pay extra and spend night somewhere. Ich war froh schnell eine alternative zu der zuerst gebuchten FeWo zu finden und fand das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hier extrem gut.

Geeigneter Zwischenstop bei Frankfurt auf dem Weg nach Tirol
Pros:

Das Zimmer war soweit okay, einfach gehalten und sauber. Besonders gefallen haben mir das Bad und der zusätzliche Standventilator im Zimmer, bei diesen sehr heissen Temperaturen an dem Wochenende in Frankfurt eine echte Wohltat. Zudem der Einsatz, die Freundlichkeit und die Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels, die waren wirklich top.

Cons:

Mein einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die versteckte Lage der beiden Hotels dort, denn mein S-Phone hat mich 2x an der Zufahrt vorbeigelotst, danach bin ich aus dem Pkw gestiegen und habe die Einfahrt schließlich zu Fuß sofort gefunden.

Tolle Aussicht, geräumige Zimmer und sehr ruhig
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig und verfügen über eine Badewanne. Das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet und der Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf die Stadt ist wunderschön. Zudem ist die Lage sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist etwas weiter von den Bahnhöfen entfernt und die Rezeption befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude. Das tut der hervorragenden Servicequalität jedoch absolut keinen Abbruch.
