„Perfekter Aufenthalt mit makellosem Service und durchdachten Details“
Pros:

Das Arise ist ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, das wirklich allen Anforderungen gerecht wird. Es ist äußerst sauber. Ich bin vier Nächte geblieben und war jeden Tag mit der Reinigung zufrieden. Das Frühstück war absolut fantastisch. Die Frühstückstische waren blitzsauber, und ich habe gesehen, wie das Personal nach dem Frühstück die Stühle und Böden sorgfältig gereinigt hat. Es gab keine Rückstände. So eine Sauberkeit habe ich in anderen Hotels nicht gesehen. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl es Self-Service war, fragten sie, ob man noch Wünsche hat. Alle Details waren durchdacht: Es gibt Steckdosen an den Seiten der Sessel, sodass man beim Essen sein Handy oder Laptop laden kann. Das ist ein feines Detail. Die Aufzüge sind sicher: Man kann nur mit der Zimmerkarte auf sein Stockwerk. Die Toiletten, ob im Restaurant oder in den Salons, waren makellos. Sie haben sich ihren Fünf-Sterne-Status wirklich verdient. Ich danke ihnen von Herzen und kann es jedem empfehlen. Außerdem muss ich betonen, dass es sogar einen Shuttle gibt – zu bestimmten Orten Istanbuls und zum Flughafen. Auf den Fotos wirst du sehen, zu welchen Zeiten und wohin der Shuttle kostenlos fährt. Das ist ein außergewöhnlicher Service!
Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Frau Fadime! Dank ihrer sorgfältigen Arbeit habe ich vier Tage lang in einem perfekt sauberen und angenehmen Zimmer gewohnt.
Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Frau Huda bedanken, die sich um den Kundenservice kümmert. Sie hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und nicht nur um uns, sondern um alle Gäste ganz individuell und aufmerksam gekümmert. Ich danke ihr sehr. Und Ali, der sich um alle Serviceangelegenheiten kümmert, der für die Shuttles zuständig ist, der einen bei der Ankunft begrüßt, mit einem freundlichen Lächeln empfängt und sich beim Verlassen des Hotels um alle Details kümmert – ihm danke ich auch sehr herzlich und ich danke auch seinem Team. In der Hoffnung, dass wir uns wiedersehen!

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat – alles war absolut perfekt. Nur, dass das Hotel etwas erhöht zur Straße liegt – klar, man steigt dort etwa 30 Stufen hoch. Das war etwas steil, also ist das das einzige negative Detail – sonst nichts.

Superb!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good , very friendly staff, exemplary cleanliness, very welcoming room.The hotel is located in a quiet area, the terrace on the 10th floor where breakfast is served has a magnificent view of the Golden Horn!The bus station is very close to the hotel, and with bus 50E it takes about 30 minutes to get to the Galata Bridge area.

Acest hotel este pur și simplu spectaculos! Designul, curățenia și atenția la detalii creează o experiență de neuitat. Fiecare colț este demn de admirat.

Am fost foarte impresionați de echipa hotelului. Huda este extrem de amabilă și atentă la detalii, iar Ozkan ne-a ajutat de fiecare dată cu profesionalism și promptitudine. O echipă de nota 10!

Serviciile oferite de personal sunt la cel mai înalt nivel. Huda impresionează prin profesionalism și grijă față de oaspeți, iar Ozkan completează experiența prin amabilitate și eficiență.

Am avut o experiență deosebită la acest hotel, care se remarcă nu doar prin frumusețea și eleganța sa, ci mai ales prin profesionalismul echipei. Atmosfera este una primitoare, iar fiecare detaliu este atent pus la punct pentru a oferi confort maxim oaspeților.

Un mare plus îl reprezintă personalul, care face cu adevărat diferența. Huda, din departamentul guest relations, este extrem de atentă, amabilă și dedicată. S-a asigurat în permanență că avem tot ce ne trebuie și că ne simțim perfect pe durata șederii.

De asemenea, Ozkan (bellboy) a fost mereu prompt, politicos și foarte profesionist, oferind ajutor cu zâmbetul pe buze de fiecare dată. Implicarea și atitudinea lui pozitivă contribuie semnificativ la experiența plăcută a oaspeților.
