A small inconvenient is the location a bit from the big attractions of the city, but they compensate that with a free shuttle bus

I had a wonderful stay at Arise Hotel Golden Horn. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request.
The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, offering easy access to major attractions while providing beautiful views of the Golden Horn.
Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend Arise Hotel Golden Horn to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. Overall, a very good experience, and I would happily stay here again.

the room is clean, comfy, and has such a nice view. the food is delicious, and has variety kinds. Expierenced the turkish tea for the first time, and i love it (for free). Staff are well communicative, cooperative and super welcoming. Enis on the reception is the coolest, always smiling and make good jokes. Along side with Huda, Yilda, Malak. Also the guys on the entrance, Oskan, Mirt, Aikot, Ergan.
Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The view was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the hotel. Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend it.
The only negative aspect of my stay was my experience with Hilal at reception. I believe she should improve her attitude towards guests, as I did not find her welcoming or friendly. Upon arrival, she requested a €120 deposit, which had not been mentioned beforehand. In fact, Booking.com had informed me that everything had already been paid online and that there would be no additional charges. I declined to pay the deposit, and I was still given my room key without any issue, which made the request even more confusing.
I also noticed a lack of warmth and professionalism, including no smile or welcoming attitude. This was not only my personal impression; I spoke with three other guests during my stay who shared similar concerns. On the other hand, the rest of the staff, especially Enes and Parisi, were excellent. They were always kind, helpful, professional, and welcoming, and they consistently greeted guests with a smile.
