Ausblick und Gemütlichkeit
Pros:

Genialer Blick von der Dachterrasse. Sehr gemütliches Zimmer, auch im Frühling angenehm warm durch Zentralheizung!
Der Gastgeber hat und sehr nett empfangen. Mistretta generell ist sehr zu empfehlen, etwas abseits der Touristenrouten kann man Italien viel besser erleben!
Das kleine Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war der krönende Abschluss.

Lovely charming room in a good location especially for viewing a village at breakfast
Pros:

Owner was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and eager to please. While he could not speak English as I am American, he was still able to communicate using translation on his phone. He was very helpful and informative about Mistretta. The room has great potential. It was a lovely spacious layout For one or two people. The view from the breakfast area was awesome. Great, vantage point. The common areas looked quite nice although I did not use them. Owner was an excellent host.

Cons:

As I mentioned, the room has great potential however, it needs a good cleaning and dusting and attention to certain details that draw away from the charm inside such as extension cords being run for the refrigerator up above a doorway another doorway that wasn’t finished off and a dirty knife left in the sink. Little things like that can detract from the charm in appearance of the room. Also, the area walking down to the room from the street in my personal opinion needs to be cleaned up. It would give a much better appearance if the debris and garbage spread around was cleaned up Again little things, but they all detract from the pleasantness of the stay.

Do not book this apartment
Pros:

The place was very strange located in a dark side street. Dark and untidy. Very small "bathroom". We did not like the place and left a day earlier.

great little appartment in a very picturesque village.
Pros:

the breakfast area, a terrace overlooking the village, was great and the breakfast itself very satisfying, while we had a very interesting conversation with the proprietor.
