Central Suite Residence

We spent 4 nights at Centrsl Suite Residence and highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We particular with its rainfall shower with strong water pressure and a magnifying mirror for makeup or shaving. There were a good range of breakfast choices and when staff noticed I want eating much (due to travellers tummy) the chef cane out and offered to make me anti wished. Every single member of the staff was equally thoughtful, offering us an umbrella in iffy weather, arranging tours and taxis, and greeting us by name. The exceptional hospitality and professionalism of everyone there, made our visit to Siem Reap a true pleasure.

We had an exceptional experience at Central Suites Residence. Everything was very good—the room, the breakfast, the location and the pool. But what stood out most of all were the staff! Every single person was attentive and helpful. They knew us by name, greeted us warmly every time we walked by and helped us arrange taxis and tours. An example of how they went above and beyond was one morning when I didn’t eat breakfast because I hadn’t been feeling well, the chef came over and said he could cook up something special for me. On another, we were about to go out for a walk, they offered us umbrellas because rain was in the forecast. Really exceptional service.

Experience was great , will come back again

From the moment I stepped foot on to the property I was greeter by the team with a delicious drink and some plantain chips. The hospitality displayed felm the team never let up from that moment all through the end of my stay. The room was clean and equipped with every amenity a traveler would need. I had the chance to eat at the hotel restaurant after a long day and the food was great! Had a variety of western and traditional dishes. Thank you to the Central Suite Residence team for making my stay as comfortable as possible and I look forward to visiting again!

Good breakfast. The Pool was nice and the bar at the pool. The room was big and comfy. Personnel is very friendly and kind.

Nice little gem tucked in the main city center. Very hospitable and polite staff, always greeting with an affable smile and eager to help. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, linen and towels were perfect. They were generous to grant us an early check in as our flight landed quite early in the morning and surprised us with a thoughtful personalized flower decoration on the bed. We booked a Junior Suite Room, which was spacious and came with a stone bathtub right in the middle of the room and a nice rainshower, with a small balcony sitout facing some mango trees and peaceful city views with zero noise. The night market street, pub street and all city attractions were walkable, and the hotel also had a tour desk that arranged all the tours at a fairly reasonable price. They even packed us breakfast for our early morning trip to Angkor. Had literally nothing to complain or whine about our 4 nights stay, which is a rarity. The hotel had a clean and serene pool surrounded by greenery and a restaurant by the pool with a good breakfast spread and a good menu for dining anytime, with customizable vegetarian options. The restaurant staff went out of their way to attend to our vegetarian food requirements. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seam Reap, and particularly to my fellow travellers from India visiting with family and kids, looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay right in the middle of a city.

The suite was beautiful and cleaned very well each day. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and prompt.
The staff all made an effort to learn each of our names, we felt so at home and valued.

A great location, serene and very clean. The breakfasts were great and the staff were outstanding. They would be waiting after a hot day with cold towels to welcome us home. Very special. Gave us a Cambodian scarf on arrival and a welcome floral on the bed. Highly recommend. Because they are so close to the action you do here a bit of music from but they provide ear plugs

Great service, close to all restaurants and pub street for those who like happening in the evening and night. It has a good ambient and nice pool. Room is very spacious and bed is very comfortable.

Stayed here for 5 nights and honestly, this place got everything right. The location is spot on — just a 2-minute walk to Pub Street on Sok San Road, but still peaceful enough to get proper sleep at night.

Breakfast was something I actually looked forward to every morning. Good variety and consistently tasty, which is rare for longer stays.

Tried the aroma massage at the hotel spa and it was genuinely one of the best parts of the trip. Super relaxing and well done.

What really stood out though was the hospitality. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, and special mention to Mr. Tong and the hotel manager — they made the whole experience feel personal and effortless.

Would definitely recommend this place and I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Siem Reap.

Excellent location, central to all activities. Rooms clean, neat and tidy. Staff very helpful, kind and considerate. Nothing was an effort. Definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Restaurant offers variety of food. Swim up bar a highlight after a day sightseeing.
