距離JR站十分便利又品質極高物美價廉的飯店
Pros:

老闆們很熱心友善，整間飯店溫馨優雅，我們居住的三人房，房間非常大，還有茶几，電視能接Netflix ，非常便利。
我們第一天中午就抵達寄存行李，到傍晚回飯店時，已幫我們放在樓上房間門口。
飯店借我們使用腳踏車，方便逛舊輕井澤銀座通和雲場池。
第二天早上享用飯店自助式早餐，雖然不便宜，但很值得，非常好吃，環境優雅舒適，服務非常好，尤其是法式起士吐司非常特別。
第二晚因為我在滑雪場不小心拉傷膝蓋，飯店立即提供冰敷袋和貼布，非常熱忱友善。
第三天早上，飯店人員協助叫計程車到車站，便利迅速。

古いホテルでしたが、部屋も広くて清潔でした。
フロントのコーヒーとお茶のサービスが嬉しかったです。

部屋の湯沸かしにお水が入っていたのにビックリしました。

お得感あります。1972からの建物ですが、まったく気になりません

朝食最高です。そのために宿泊してるようなものです。今回で宿泊五回目だとおもいます。

Pros:

The family room was big, with four beds, a living room area, two toilets and one shower. It was well equipped and comfortable. It was about 10min walk away from the station, or one bus stop ride.

Good.
Pros:

Solid hotel with good sized rooms and a very pleasant lobby. Free Nespresso coffee and tea. Price of hotel varies by season, but at the time I went it was excellent value. Walkable from Shinkansen station and walkable to Old Karurizawa Ginza Street.

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても良く、大人相手にだけでなく、子供への対応も笑顔で楽しくしてくださり、また行きたいと思いました。
部屋も広くて、子供達も大喜びでした。

Cons:

お風呂に入る際に、初めての仕組みでシャワーへの切り替えが難しかったです。最終的には切り替えができましたが、少し時間がかかりました。
あと、朝食はとても美味しくいただけましたが、納豆や海苔があると子供が食べやすいので良かったです（うちの子の好みの問題かもしれません）。
