Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても良く、大人相手にだけでなく、子供への対応も笑顔で楽しくしてくださり、また行きたいと思いました。
部屋も広くて、子供達も大喜びでした。

Cons:

お風呂に入る際に、初めての仕組みでシャワーへの切り替えが難しかったです。最終的には切り替えができましたが、少し時間がかかりました。
あと、朝食はとても美味しくいただけましたが、納豆や海苔があると子供が食べやすいので良かったです（うちの子の好みの問題かもしれません）。

A bit of a walk from the station. 15 mins carrying luggage in the snow is not the easiest. Facilities is dated.

El hotel esta muy comodo, limpio, y acogedor, ideal para las personas que buscan tranquilidad, muy buena calefaccion, que el frio ni se siente. Cercas de la estacion del tren, y un super llamado Delicia muy cervas tambien.

Lovely staff and wonderful food
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and polite. The hotel itself had a classic old-fashion charm to it. The buffet style breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The room we stayed in could definitely use an update. The shower and bathroom were a little dated and not perfectly clean.
