Hotel con habitaciones amplias, con restaurante y parking . Está limpio. Cambio de toallas diario. Personal del restaurante agradable.
Los colchones exigen renovación. La TV es pequeña y no tiene canales de pago. Tiene una terraza arriba donde no se puede subir por el cliente. Desayuno no tiene cocina en directo. El spa es caro.
Precioso lugar con tranquilidad y buen gusto
The setting for the resort was picturesque and the facility was huge. Staff was friendly and helpful and was fast to assist with all requests. The restaurant was located at the front of the facility providing nice views of the mountains and vineyard.
The only issue was that for a former Michelin Star restaurant, the main course (lamb skewer) was horribly overcooked and should not have been served to us at all in its condition. The rest of the food was quite good. A disappointing main course.

El personal es amable, el hotel es acogedor y el spa es cómodo y agradable.
El desayuno, no está mal pero no está muy bien estructurado y le falta un poco para estar de sobresaliente. Creo que para el precio y categoría del alojamiento deberían replantearse la ubicación y el servicio en sí.

Lo mejor la ubicación y las habitaciones espaciosas, aunque nuestra ventana daba a unas máquinas del viñedo que sonaban durante todo el dia y la noche!
El gimnasio cerrado por reformas. La terraza/chill-out area del ático cerrada solo para eventos privados. Fuera de la habitación solo se podía estar en el sofá de la recepción porque no existía ningún salón o área para sentarse y tomarse algo o leer. Muy poco acogedor.
En la habitación no tenían la posibilidad de hacerse un café/te (hasta los hoteles de 4 estrellas tienen este servicio). La mampara de la ducha no tenía goma, con lo que se salía el agua por los 2cm de abertura hasta fuera del baño.
Una experiencia increíble. La habitación muy bien, así como las zonas comunes, terrazas, spa y restaurantes increíbles. La la bodega espectacular. Todo a la altura de sus vinos.
