Veníamos con gran ilusión, y nos fuimos super decepcionados. Desde el momento uno nadie te sonríe, parecía que estuviéramos molestando a todo el mundo. Hicimos el check-in y nadie con comentó que había una piscina fuera que podíamos utilizar (y que abre apenas a las 12 así que al día siguiente no pudimos utilizar tampoco). El horario del spa es hasta muy temprano (19hs). No lo pudimos utilizar ya que veníamos de comer en el Taller y llegamos sobre las 18.20 a la recepción.
Nos dieron habitación incorrecta, luego en la nueva no había toallas, cosa que nos dimos cuenta horas después al querer bañarnos...la persona de recepción ni un "lo siento".
Son un 5 estrellas con servicio muy malo, gran decepción. Tienen un gran problema de comunicación para con los clientes.

Cons:

La única pega que le pondría es que los baños sin demasiado antiguos en comparación con el resto del hotel. Y las TVs igual son casi de las primeras televisiones de pantalla plana que salieron y para un hotel de esa categoría es una pena, en nuestra habitación no funcionaba, tuvieron que venir a instalarla bien y aun así el TDT iba fatal, casi sin señal. Todo los demás fenomenal

Perfect wine hotel
Pros:

Incredible facilities. The outdoor pool is wonderful & so welcome in the heat. Spa is state of the art. Wine is ridiculously good.

Pros:

Alles perfekt und noch viel schöner erwartet, Luxus pur, von Frühstück bis Abendessen und Schlafqualität. Zimmer mit hohem Komfort und bester Ausstattung. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Weinwanderung empfehlenswert. Perfekte Lage auch zu allen weiteren sehenswerten Weingütern.

Cons:

Spa ist preislich leider nicht inklusive gewesen und pro Person für meinen Geschmack sehr / zu teuer. Die Wände der Zimmer sind etwas dünn, sehr hellhörig.

The location is beautiful

Cons:

The facilities were very limited. The gym was closed due to “maintenance”. The pool was also closed, despite it being 38 degrees one of the days we were there.
Asked for an iron, which was dirty/burnt. Luckily didn’t use it before realising, otherwise our wedding guest attire would have been ruined.
When told about our concerns, the staff were not accommodating and didn’t offer any apologies or compensation.

Not worth the visit, the only good thing is their wine
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel a week ago and I have to say it shouldn't have 5 stars. I have stayed at other 5-star hotels very close by and there is simply no comparison.
The restaurant service was also quite bad; they kept me waiting for an hour for some lamb chops because, according to them, they take a long time to cook. When they finally arrived, they were burnt to a crisp, but since it was already late, I didn't want to send them back and wait any longer.
Then I got another fantastic surprise. I left my car charging, and Iberdrola hit me with a 48-euro bill for 26 kW—in other words, 6 times more expensive than gasoline. When I mentioned it to the hotel, they told me they have nothing to do with it, even though they own the land and made the agreement with Iberdrola.In short, pass on this one. There are much better options at better prices in the area, which is probably why the hotel was empty
