Pretty middle level hotel. Not new anymore and look like that. Service was good and easy place to stay one night before flight.

Perfect hotel close to the airport when you need to spent a night between 2 flights or a late flight.

Great location right near the airport, great for a quick overnight stay

Good place to stay if you land late and don’t fancy facing a 2hr taxi ride to your location after a flight.

When I came to the Room, I found 10 dead bed bugs on the bed and 5 bugs were running around playing hide and seek under pillow.

There are limited options to stay in the town, but this place was very rundown. Lamps flickered, towels were very dingey, bed linens were stained, cups, coasters and floors were dirty. Over priced meals and alcohol, no beer anywhere to be found.

Every room smells of smoke. Overpriced food in restaurants. The worst thing is even if you schedule your airport shuttle well in advance they wil make you wait at least one hour before the shuttle arrives at the airport.

Very close to airport but a bit distance from the nearest city area, will need to take transport going to any store.

Hotel shuttle was not at airport although I confirmed arrival time etc with them. Rang again upon arrival and arrived within 10/15 minutes.
Friendly quick check in only to find out I had not been given the type of room booked and paid for. Went back to counter to address and was told that room type had sold out. Well.... not my problem.. short version of story is that when I started contacting Hotels.com they found another similar room. No complimentary water in room ... no towels... so had to go down again to arrange.
Anyway.. the beds are very comfortable and had a good sleep. Breakfast was buffet style and ok although a bit limited but does include an egg station. Nice pool area with a good sized clean pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is a bar, as well as a souvenir shop on the premises.
We used this hotel as a lay-over hotel and irregardless the hick ups (therefore my lower score) would use again as such, as the room was clean, staff friendly and the shuttle bus handy.

Cet hôtel moderne possède tout ce qu'il faut pour offrir un endroit confortable pour dormir avant de prendre l'avion. Seuls points à savoir le personnel du restaurant parle peu anglais et le buffet déjeuner est plutôt composé de nourriture local comme il arrive parfois en Indonésie.

The hotel amenities and the service were phenomenal more than what I expected honestly. I went there with my friends and we had a flight at 6:00 AM. Even though the free airport shuttle starts at 4:00 AM, they gave us a ride early. I’m strongly recommend this place because of all the service they provide such as SPA, location, and food.

only a few minutes drive from airport in their free shuttle bus. Rooms are small but just right for a stopover/airport hotel. Breakfast nice, plus a few western items. Staff very friendly and receptionist spoke English which was helpful. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Nice place to stay when you have an early flight. The staff is nice and the room was comfortable. The free shuttle is also an excellent service.

There are barely any lights in the room. All you have are three little flashlight looking side table lamps that barely light up the room, and a little bit of light behind the bed headboard.

We ate at the restaurant. The food was alright, but a lot of their menu items were not available so options were limited. The front desk will tell you you can order room service, but don’t expect to find a menu in your room. You’ll have to call the restaurant and they’ll read their whole menu out to you over the phone. It lacked the basic things a hotel should have. ATM wasn't working. Grocery shop was closed and empty.

I know I’m nit picking so if you don’t mind all of the above then that’s fine. What made our stay disappointing though was we had asked upon check in to confirm our airport transfer the next morning since we had a 6am flight to Bali. We were told it started at 4am and would run every hour. We checked out at 3:45am and waited for the transfers. 4:15 and still nothing. I kept following up with the front desk who kept saying maybe in 5 mins. Then we saw one guy drive a hotel car (not bus though there was one parked right outside the lobby) and drove one family away. It was almost 4:30 when he came back and we asked if he could just take us, we were willing to pay if needed just to make sure we made our flight, and it turns out he was the transfer guy. He was taking groups one by one. It was just a stressful way to start a way too early morning.

Nearest stay to airport, spent a night here due to the location, its just 5 min away from airpirt and they provide free shuttle to air port every hour. Dim light, they allow smoking almost everywhere. Low electric supply, not even enough for kettle or hair dryer, the electric supply cut off half way when i use kettle and hair dryer =.=

Lovely to step out of my room to the swimming pool. The room was like a 5 star hotel but reasonably priced and nice view of the mountains and paddy fields although it's on a busy road.
