Location was great, superb views of river
Nothing
very friendly staff, great cooked breakfast, large free carpark.
Slightly dated communal spaces
The room
The outside of the property is shabby, staff unwelcoming one lady nearly got my husband ran over. Outside doors propped open with rolled up carpet we turned up for breakfast a few minutes after 9 and the staff member who was chatting to a couple at a table rudely and loudly informed us we were late in front of other guests
I had a room with an amazing view of the river.
Not he hotels fault but I could hear snoring from room next door.
There was also an intermittent high pitched ring tone sound coming from front area, I couldn’t pinpoint location to ask for it to stop.
Overlooking the river. Bedrooms very comfortable
From outside it looks dated. And the dining room is dated but that did not affect our stay
Room was good as was dinner and breakfast.
Location excellent
A feeling of tiredness in all communal areas
Excellent hotel with lovely staff in a wonderful location
Nothing
The location is perfect, right on the Thames. The staff are fantastic, friendly and efficient. We had breakfast included and it was lovely. It was a comfortable relaxing experience.
Staff were helpful and breakfast was good.
This is not a hotel for a heatwave. No air conditioning and the little fans in each room made very little difference. Would be ok in normal weather.
Location was beautiful
Room and hotel has seen better days, it could do with some rlc
Location parking comfortable room nice breakfast
Service was slow short staff
Leaving a day early
The room we were in wasn't fit for a dog. Shocking we wouldn't have stayed the night had it not been the solar eclipse and everywhere was booked. Photos attached. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, plastic shower curtain, stains on the carpet, paintwork, light, dust all over the fan, filthy. It advertised a coffee making machine, this was a kettle on one side of the bed and tea and coffee on the other side of the bed.The breakfast and staff. Tea and coffee served in a flask, warm milk for cereal which was stood on table. We had to go over to staff and order hot breakfast. It came on a scalding hot plate, eggs were hard boiled, sausage disgusting. It obviously was plated up and left because the food was just warm from the plate. The hotel wants a full overhaul. When I complained to the reception, they gave each other a look as if to say yeah it is a hole. She said I can try and look for another room but I needed to wait a while. I said we were just going to leave and asked for a refund she said the manager needed to over ride this and would call me in the day. I called the hotel back and they never answered so I used my partners phone and answered in two rings. She said has the manager not rang and then proceeded to give us a refund. They took payment of one nights stay of £141.75. . Not worth it at all.
Great riverside hotel.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
