Lovely view of the river.
The room smelt damp, the bedding smelt damp, spiders everywhere and the restaurant wasn’t serving in the evening. Breakfast included didn’t offer a vegetarian alternative on the menu but when our orders were taken I mentioned there was nothing I could eat, she said she’d check with the cook to see if they had any veggie sausages which they did. The property is in desperate need of a significant amount of work. Tired and worn.
Area its in peaceful
All good
Great location
A bit tired in certain areas
Location.
A bit tired and dated.
Such a welcoming hotel. When I was in contact on the phone, I was helped super easily. When in contact with an email query all sorted easily. The staff were super friendly at all times. I enjoyed chatting with you. With appreciation of staying with you in such hot weather and aware of the demands of being busy.
My room was a beautiful surprise. I arrived late evening and found the beautiful roll top bath, crisp linen and four poster bed, spacious Remarkarkable Xxx
Thank you
I recommend eating at lunchtime. A delicious menu.
In no way anything you could change. The road is noisy if it's a room at the front.
The staff were fantastic as was the food
The hotel was worn out , shabby and dirty from carpets , to walls grubbyflakingpaintwork , worn out furniture and cobwebs in doorways
Close to venue we were attending. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Lovely location next to the river. Quiet which was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Despite being run off her feet, our breakfast waitress was cheerful and very efficient. Great value for money!
Some aspects, particularly decor in the room were a bit dull although bathroom had great shower and looked like it had been refurbished recently. No air con but… we had a fan and despite a very hot day and night we kept cool.
Location of the hotel on the Thames was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast included in price. Good choice of drinks in bar.
Room was very dated and in need of a good update - what was with the dark grey walls and rope lights? Bed linen and towels were fine but the room really needed a good clean. Furniture was very outdated.
My room, and customer service
The hotel in general is VERY shabby, but room was good
It was Clean and tidy and had friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing
It’s right on the river and super convenient for a Thames walk
It’s a little tired and in need of an upgrade and the rooms look over the carpark which sits between the hotel and the river. But it’s a wonderful location and has a nice grassy area with picnic tables on the river front.
Quiet river front and private
Would have like a front facing river view room than a side view
Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Familiäres feeling
habitación
Polite staff & view overlooking the river.
Nothing comes to mind
