Staff per niente cordiale, letti scomodissimi, camera non troppo pulita.
Inoltre abbiamo prenotato tramite la reception un taxi per il giorno seguente per le 6.00 verso l'areoporto e per tre volte hanno provato a rimandare l'orario per le 6.30.
Dopo vari tentativi siamo riusciti a farci confermare il taxi alle 6, ma invece la mattina dopo non avevano informato il transfer sull'orario corretto.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

Top Unterkunft in Arusha
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in Arusha. Der Clock Tower ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, und doch ist es ruhig, weil das Hotel nicht direkt an der Strasse gelegen ist. Der Masai Market ist zu Fuss erreichbar, wie auch der zentrale Markt. Das Hotel hat den Charme einer etwas vergangenen Zeit, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mit der super Lage und dem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eine sehr gute Wahl.

Cons:

Die Türen zu den Balkonen lassen sich nicht abschliessen, weil der Abschliessmechanismus defekt ist.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Ausstattung ist gut. Frühstück ist vielfältig und gut. Personal und Manager sind super freundlich!

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen. Bei der ersten stand leider kein Warmwasser zur Verfügung. Bei der zweiten war alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Bath tub not working and you have to stand inside the bathe tub to take shower. Why not remove the bath tub and keep shower only.

A quiet, laid-back hotel in a quiet (relatively) location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a pleasant building in a better part of Arusha. The breakfast was fine and the dining area opens on to a good-sized garden.

Cons:

I'm not a fan of Indian food first thing in the morning.
