Pros:

Al check-in ci hanno dato una stanza (312), sporchissima. Ho passato un pezzo di carta igienica sul pavimento ed era nero e pieno di peli umani. Ho portato la carta igienica alla reception e mi hanno detto di “stare calmo” !
Poi ci hanno cambiato la stanza con la 315, abbastanza pulita ma miserabile come la prima, con TV di marche sconosciute da 15 pollici! Tutto questo per un prezzo di 200 euro a notte con colazione patetica, neanche il caffè era decente.
Onestamente un posto così non ha senso di esistere. Sopravvivono con persone anziane che sono clienti affezionati.

Great weekend stay.
Pros:

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony looking out towards the lifts. Very convenient for the ski lifts, town, supermarket and restaurants. Parking right outside. Great ski/boot room. Good breakfast. Nice to have the Spa and pool on site. Very helpful staff.
