L’emplacement et le surclassement pour cause de première chambre sale. Le personnel a été réactif et nous a changé de chambre directement. De plus, nous avons reçu un plateau de pâtisseries marocaines trop bonnes ! Merci beaucoup

Pros:

After all disappointments we received a apology email. One or three staff members did there best to make life easier. Space is there but the quality isn't considering its now been taken over by double tree Hilton.

Cons:

There are a number of reasons but in all the hotel needs to update its self to standard. Some staff need serious training not being to general and just courtesy. The staff are young at reception with low experience but one or two does.

Good but welcome and presetting could be improved

Cons:

We are a family of four.
We booked a suite.
On our arrival 2 bed were moved in. That should have been done before.
We choose before confirming the room via booking.
So what’s the point of selection, when you need to tell
Them Again and get it set while you are in the room.
I paid a lot of money to stay too less.
So this should be improved .

Also the light in bathroom started fluctuating

An excellent stay with outstanding service in a modern and welcoming city-centre hotel — I look forward to returning.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, stylish and exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and offered great city views. The staff were professional, welcoming and consistently attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast had a very good selection and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed yet refined. The central location makes it easy to explore Casablanca while still feeling like a calm retreat.

Cons:

Very little to fault. The hotel is currently going through a change of ownership, so there are small areas that are clearly in transition. That said, it did not affect the quality of my stay at all. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning in a year’s time to see the next stage of its development and improvements
