O quarto era muito espaçoso, camas e travesseiros bem confortáveis, varanda com um bom espaço. Café da manhã bem saboroso, com variedade (destaque para o croissant). Piscina ampla e aquecida, com a opção de jacuzzis no andar superior da área de lazer. A equipe do bar da piscina atende muito bem aos hóspedes.

Cons:

Ao realizar o check-in houve uma confusão com a reserva que causou constrangimento desnecessário, o funcionário do hotel poderia ter abordado a situação de outra forma. Ficou parecendo que eu tinha feito a reserva de forma a me aproveitar de uma possível brecha na tarifa. Logo após ele identificou um erro no sistema de reservas, e resolveu o problema.
Outro ponto negativo é a falta de transporte dos hóspedes ao complexo Crocobeach. Não é que o complexo seja muito longe do hotel (são apenas 2 ou 3 quadras pela praia), porém se o hóspede possui algum tipo de perda ou dificuldade de mobilidade a distância se torna um belo problema.

A limpeza do quarto e banheiro poderia melhorar! A bancada da pia não foi limpa nenhum dia, no final já estava bem suja! A mesma coisa com os móveis do quarto! A limpeza é só no chão e arrumar cama. Até para trocar os copos foi difícil eu conseguir!

Hotel grande, quartos agradáveis e aconchegantes, limpeza excelente, bom café da manhã, funcionários super educados e solícitos, ótimos descontos na utilização da barraca de praia.

Cons:

A variedade do café da manha poderia aumentar, considerando o patamar do hotel, mas ainda assim é ótimo. Localização sem atrações noturnas e perigoso (segundo conselhos de todos os moradores locais)
