Já sou cliente do Complexo Crocobeach e desta vez quis experimentar o hotel. Foi uma ótima experiência. Os fincionários do hotel são prestimosos e simpáticos aliás, assim como os garçons e funcionários do Complexo. A localização  é ideal para quem vai aproveitar o Complexo. Por ser hóspede do hotel, há um desconto no consumo do Complexo e uso das piscinas é gratuito. Quarto confortável , cama king, wifi excelente, smarttv com streamings e cabo. Banheiro bom , ducha ótima.
Café da manhã variado e ótimo. Restaurante oferece almoço e janta com cardápio variado à preços bons. Piscina aquecida e 3 hidromassagens aquecidas. O hotel surpreende portanto , recomendo. Já tenho uma reserva para agosto .

Cons:

Deixo uma sugestão: Instalar corrimãos para adentrar e sair da piscina e hidromassagens. Seria um conforto e segurança para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção como nós, jovens da terceira idade ,cujos joelhos já não são muito confiáveis

Pros:

O hotel é bem bonito, as instalações são muito boas, o café da manhã foi ótimo. O restaurante tem boas opções para almoçar ou jantar. Não utilizei a piscina, mas parecia ser boa. Foi bem fácil estacionar o carro em frente ao hotel. A localização com relação ao acesso à praia é excelente, mas considerando opções de restaurantes, lojinhas…não tem nada na região.

Cons:

Falta de infraestrutura ao redor com relação a restaurantes, lojas, comércio no geral. Durante o dia tem os beach clubs, mas pra caminhar por ali a noite eu não recomendaria.

Infelizmente uma cena que, a meu ver, nao tem nada com o hotel. Foram hóspedes...um casal de homossexual, homens, na pisicina, a neu ver, um desrespeito aos demais hóspedes, inclusive famílias c crianças. Respeito a opção sexual de cada um, mas, devem guardar respeito com relação a cenas mais íntimas em público....minha opinião claro.

Good location, outdoors area is great, overall it’s a good place to stay

Cons:

Asking for a glass of ice was somewhat of a problem. Some days breakfast was missing things like scrambled eggs that were there the day before
