Pros:

ホテルの建物や内装は20年前と全く同じでかなり老朽化し痛みが激しかった。また、インターネットが非常に遅い、かなりストレスを感じた。しかし、お風呂はバスタブにお湯が貯められたし、お湯はたっぷり出るし、エアコンも冷蔵庫もギンギンに冷えました。設備はまあまあ良かったと思います。あとは建物をリニューアルしてほしいですね。

Pros:

Os atendentes foram muito atentos. Muita cordialidade e simplicidade. Os quartos são enormes. Ficamos num de dois quartos e resultou ser duplex, com a sala e cozinha na parte de baixo e 3 tvs (1 na sala e 2 nos quartos). A piscina foi o melhor de tudo e o parquinho das crianças é bem bom!
Ainda trocam o dólar ao valor do câmbio oficial.

Beware what hotels.com confirm to you in writing !
Pros:

The actual hotel was ideal for my requirements....the right location for what I had in mind. However sadly the free breakfast confirmed to me in the original pricing 6 months ago apparently shouldn't of been included. Despite having the original email print off from hotels.com, the hotel advised me that their records showed breakfast wasn't included. The moral of the story is apparently the customer isn't always right and don't believe everything sent to you in print by hotels.com , You've been forewarned .

El restaurante y el gym bajan un poco la impresión general. Para una familia debe ser estupendo.

Lugar cuidado y con buena limpieza general.
Pros:

Es un apart que posee 2 piletas en el centro de los departamentos. Por el clima de Santa Cruz es ideal. Hay un supermercado cerca (3 cuadras) y queda relativamente cerca del casco céntrico. Personal amable.

Spacious hotel with beautiful pool
Pros:

There were two floors to our apartment hotel and a kitchen facilities. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for luggage storage. The two swimming pools were beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great hotel, especially if travelling with friends
Pros:

Good central location, and really good accommodations, especially since I met up with friends, and we could share the 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchenette and microwave came in handy when we decided to eat in. Pool nice and clean, and we constantly saw staff keeping up with the gardens. Air conditioning REALLY worked well...had to turn it off periodically. Really a lovely place for Bolivia,

家族（妻、子(2歳)）で４泊しました。１泊目の部屋が子供用プールから遠かったので部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、快く対応してくれ、２泊目からは子供用プール正面の部屋にしてくれました。
部屋は１階にリビング、キッチンが、２階に２ベッドルームとそれぞれにバスタブ付きのバスルームがあり、広くとても快適でした。キッチンには調理器具や食器セットがあり、また、各部屋に専用の駐車場があるので、長期滞在にもお勧めです。キッチンに電子レンジがあれば、なお良いと思います。
ホテルの敷地が平面的に広く、３つのプールや子供用の遊び場があるので、安心して子供を遊ばせられました。ホテル内は全体的に静かで、ゆっくりとリラックスして過ごせました。
ホテル周辺にレストランが少ないので、外食にはタクシーを利用しました。スーパーは歩いて10～15分のところにあります。
Wi-Fiは快適に使えました。
リーズナブルな値段の割に、部屋が広くリゾート感を楽しめる、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです。
