We enjoyed our stay very much - great oasis after full days of sightseeing.
Pros:

Convenient location, spacious room, small well equipped kitchen, fantastic shower.
Included in price breakfast was plentiful and varied to cater for many tastes.
There is a coin laundry available for the guests which was a very helpful addition for our long holiday.

Cons:

There is nothing we disliked

Stuff: helpful and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast: very limited options, plastic utensils.
Room: needs serious repairs.
Check-in: instead of 3 pm, had to wait more than 1 hour due to "wrong keys".
"Hilton" in the name is highly misleading.

Staff nice, but wouldn't stay here again!
Pros:

Peter was nice at the front desk. The location was perfect.

Cons:

The first room the carpet was soaking wet from being steam cleaned, almost slipped and fell going from carpet to tile. They switched our room however the room we switched to, the AC wasn't even working, the room stayed between 75-77 all day and night. The room had something on the one light fixture in the ceiling, and old water damage in the bathroom at the base of the door and wall near the shower. There was also some goop on the bathroom sink faucet from a failed repair attempt. Their parking garage can't even accommodate all of their guests when at capacity and had to find a paid parking lot instead near by. Breakfast was just okay. Wouldn't stay here again and losing faith in Homewood Hilton's as this is the second one I have stayed at recently and both were a disappointment.

Canapé lit non défait et on a du demander les draps
Ils les ont monté en chambre mais ils l ont pas fait...
C était un drap et une espèce de couverture blanche pas très propre...
Chambre pourtant réservé pour 4 personnes
De plus nous avons réservé 2 chambres une au 12eme étage et l autre 4eme

Good location for walking in to the main sights and the Capital One arena.

Cons:

Breakfast was chaotic - never enough plates and seats were difficult to get.

Had a few issues with the room. Some were sorted, others were not.

Pros:

The location is great. Really good restaurants close by and if you don't mind walking monuments and museums are all an easy walk away.

Cons:

Valet staff were the only people who didn't act like you were a massive inconvenience to interact with. Breakfast was a joke they served what looked like leftover pizza and cold sausage patties. Overall felt like we overpaid for the whole experience.

Great experience
Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast had options for my food allergies. The kitchen had a good size fridge/freezer that allowed is to store meals which helped save money by not eating out during our stay. Lastly, it was a 6 min walk to the convention center, and it was across the street from a grocery store. .

Cons:

The view from our room was other buildings.
