The breakfast was good. If only the forks were also metal (not plastic), that would be absolutely wonderful. (But that's not a complaint, just a preference.) Great location!
It was a little cold in the room (because the air conditioner was on, and when I turned it off for the night, it turned on by itself and my son got a little cold. But overall, it wasn't a big deal)
The valet guy that work 3pm-11pm was

Never heard another resident. Breakfast was a great feature !!! Slept great, water pressure was good. During our last morning there, we found out your fire alarms work.....was happy it wasn't too bad of a fire (not sure there was a fire, but we evaluated anyway).

Your Night Auditor Trent is great, put him on a management track! Very professional, friendly and accommodating - a deliverer of true hospitality. One morning he heard me mention my TV didn’t work, he dropped what he was doing and said “let’s get you fixed up” and went with me to my room and had the switches flipped right and the TV on immediately. Then when I was departing at like 3:30am he let me know coffee was coming soon… but when he realized my Uber would arrive soon (before the urn would be out) he ran a cup to the back and brought me a coffee. This simple act made me feel very attended to!
One property improvement that should be made is to fix the motion sensors on your front doors, especially the second one. Several times I had to waive my hands over my head to trigger it after walking up to it while entering.

They need to stock the kitchen better there was only one pan no pots no dish scrubber etc but other wise if we needed something they did there best to get it
