Cons:

Canapé lit non défait et on a du demander les draps
Ils les ont monté en chambre mais ils l ont pas fait...
C était un drap et une espèce de couverture blanche pas très propre...
Chambre pourtant réservé pour 4 personnes
De plus nous avons réservé 2 chambres une au 12eme étage et l autre 4eme

Ok location but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Good location for walking in to the main sights and the Capital One arena.

Cons:

Breakfast was chaotic - never enough plates and seats were difficult to get.

Had a few issues with the room. Some were sorted, others were not.

Location only upside.
Pros:

The location is great. Really good restaurants close by and if you don't mind walking monuments and museums are all an easy walk away.

Cons:

Valet staff were the only people who didn't act like you were a massive inconvenience to interact with. Breakfast was a joke they served what looked like leftover pizza and cold sausage patties. Overall felt like we overpaid for the whole experience.

Great experience
Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast had options for my food allergies. The kitchen had a good size fridge/freezer that allowed is to store meals which helped save money by not eating out during our stay. Lastly, it was a 6 min walk to the convention center, and it was across the street from a grocery store. .

Cons:

The view from our room was other buildings.

Alarm all night/day.
Pros:

Worst stay ever. Alarm started ringing in room atc2 or 3 am. No response. Same alarm in room next day when came home. Incredible.

Misinformation from front desk staff, no breakfast
Pros:

I was told upon check in that breakfast was 6 to 9 Monday thru Friday. I checked in on a Sunday. My train leaves at 730. I went for breakfast and was told since it is a holiday weekend, it wouldn't open till 7. Two major problems, I chose this hotel for the free breakfast and planned accordingly. It shouldn't matter that it is a holiday, upon check in I was given misinformation and now do not get a service i paid for. Also not good public transport access. Very disappointing stay.

Wasn’t pleased at all w/ this stay. I would give it one more chance in the future & hopefully they get it right

The location, price & front desk receptionist Brandi was very welcoming.

Cons:

We did not have all the required cooking utensils. We stayed pending the coming winter storm and the morning of the storm when it was its coldest day the heat wasn’t working & I had children w/ me. I called front desk to inform them my heat wasn’t working and that I didn’t have the required cooking utensils. I was told they would be sending someone to check it out. No one came. I ended up leaving before my stay was over.
