Called the front desk 7 times to get body wash but never recieved it. The room did not have coffee pods too.

Every one was so nice

Cons:

They need to stock the kitchen better there was only one pan no pots no dish scrubber etc but other wise if we needed something they did there best to get it

We enjoyed our stay very much - great oasis after full days of sightseeing.
Pros:

Convenient location, spacious room, small well equipped kitchen, fantastic shower.
Included in price breakfast was plentiful and varied to cater for many tastes.
There is a coin laundry available for the guests which was a very helpful addition for our long holiday.

Breakfast: very limited options, plastic utensils.
Room: needs serious repairs.
Check-in: instead of 3 pm, had to wait more than 1 hour due to "wrong keys".
"Hilton" in the name is highly misleading.
