Everything was great. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was attentive and wonderful. Mika at the front desk delivered the best customer service and Ashley in restaurant was golden! The hotel felt safe and secure which is what we look for when traveling.
They double charged me for the night, they also charged me $ 250 for smoking in the room which I didn't. so I had to argue with the manager on the phone for like 20 minutes cause she wasn't there, first they didn't believe me till I told them to prove that I smoked in the room cause I'm not leaving without my refunds which was $ 460. Worth experience ever

It wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like
I really love the Hilton. Every stay is always great and so is the staff!! The young man Solomon that checked me in was great!! Very friendly and answered any questions that I had. The perfect personality for guest services. He deserves a raise. You'd be surprised at how many people shouldn't be working nor have a front desk position. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn near the airport in Greensboro!! A special thank you to Mr. Solomon!!!

The bed was hard as a rock
Multiple fire alarms, the daily random bugs in room and no One on site to spray or help with. The fire alarms were not across the building which is concerning.
