Save your money and stay in Perth City or Crown
Pros:

We cancelled our stay as there was no value for money

Cons:

Air con was very noisy which was our main reason not to stay, we were offered another room but was still not suitable. We had only chosen this hotel for its proximity to a show at Perth Modern. Checked in at 3pm on a Saturday and found there was nowhere open to have something to eat, not even in the hotel restaurant which didn’t open for food until 5pm. With a late dinner booking we had hoped to have a light meal prior to the show. The whole area felt like a ghost town and felt that the hotel should offer more comprehensive services considering there were no other options in the vicinity.

Wished we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

The location is awesome. The views to the city were spectacular, especially at night. The beds were super comfortable and all the complimentary items like toiletries and pen and paper were a lovely surprise. Staff were lovely and it was nice to have a decent restaurant there to save going into town for a meal. Coffee and pods in the room were amazing and the soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom were sublime.

Cons:

There was a leak in the shower and the towel rail came off the wall. The parking on the road was a bit of a down fall.

Cosy, friendly and a great location
Pros:

We enjoyed the location for the reason we were in Perth....a medical procedure nearby. Everything is close, parking, restaurants and we loved being able to have a tasty inexpensive breakfast in the Hotel.

Cons:

I feel the bathroom could have a deep clean to keep it up to standard with rest of the Hotel.

Pros:

Check in is very easy. Location is fantastic. Bed is comfortable, I loved the chocolate on the pillow!! Great touch. Food is always so delicious.

Cons:

The shower water is quite frustrating. It is either scalding hot or cold. Hard to get it just right. I have stayed there twice in 2 different rooms, I first thought it was just the room, but it isn't. Other than that, can't complain
