Wasn’t long enough
We enjoyed the location for the reason we were in Perth....a medical procedure nearby. Everything is close, parking, restaurants and we loved being able to have a tasty inexpensive breakfast in the Hotel.
I feel the bathroom could have a deep clean to keep it up to standard with rest of the Hotel.

Check in is very easy. Location is fantastic. Bed is comfortable, I loved the chocolate on the pillow!! Great touch. Food is always so delicious.
The shower water is quite frustrating. It is either scalding hot or cold. Hard to get it just right. I have stayed there twice in 2 different rooms, I first thought it was just the room, but it isn't. Other than that, can't complain

Really lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Great value for money.
The hotel and room were both lovely. We found it easy to reach and ideally located for the concert we were in Perth for. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room was quite warm and a little stuffy overnight. Nothing awful but we did wonder if the aircon was working properly.

X2 towels were marked and dirty on arrival also could hear toilets and showers running through the pipes in the room from the upper rooms and on multiple occasions waking up thinking that someone was trying to enter the room.
