Nice central location in West Perth!
Pros:

Mahmood (I hope I didn't butcher his name) went out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as possible as I had to move rooms due to an issues with a noisy a/c-unit!

Pros:

Room very clean, beds comfortable, towels lovely and soft. Great you provided an Iron and ironing board.

Cons:

Julio's restaurant was "interesting" - never been served spaghetti in an Italian restaurant with just a knife and fork - usually a spoon and fork to eat spaghetti and the garlic bread looked like a slice of sour dough with garlic butter spread on it - not sure how authentic an Italian place it really is ! But the tiramisu was awesome !

Our uber driver dropped us at the CBD Holiday inn despite being given the address and told the Julio's restaurant was at that site but the CBD staff were lovely and directed us to the CAT bus and told us where to get off so it was all good in the end !!!

Everything. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable,, and the spacious room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good unless you are vegan.

Pros:

Such a lovely place to stay if you need a place close to the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are superb comfy and the room is really quiet. The restaurant has great meals and very tasty breakfasts. The staff in reception and the restaurant were all so friendly and welcoming, we will definitely come back.

Have stayed several times at Holiday Inn West Perth.
The location has easy access to all directions of the city.
Atmosphere is friendly with great staff, spacious and very clean rooms.
Love Julio's Restaurant in the foyer, has a great menu with a yummy Minestroni Soup and good sized desserts.
Good value for money and get to earn IHG points on room and restaurant.
