Ok for one night. No carpark facility. Theres juat one drop off point so was a challenge
Pros:

Staff was great. He welcomed us and explained everything and also told us things we could do in the city.

Cons:

Bed linens has blood stains and the bathrooms were pretty dirty and shower was a bit disgusting.

Pros:

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast options, great gym, rooms are big and spacious while also feeling cosy.

Cons:

The mattress was very soft, would have been nicer if it was harder.

Location, staff at reception,

Cons:

Room 203 sink had cracks in it.

Toilet exhaust was not working or it was not taking in the air properly so the room had a weird smell for a while after using the toilet.

water from the shower area was coming outside towards the commode.

rooms were very dark, very less light in the room at night.

Lastly, the cleaning staff didn’t wear any gloves and she took out bins and after changing the bin liners didnt wash the hands. Straight on to our bedsheet and quilt which was kind of dirty.
