There was a cockroach in my room. They didn’t have any other rooms to move me. Then when they did change my room I went to the room and that room was occupied then I had to wait a while longer for them to put me in a room that had no heat it was awful and wasn’t clean.

I booked two rooms at this hotel and drove from Austin to Dallas. About two hours after checking in, late at night, I discovered insects and bugs in the rooms. While sleeping, my back started itching badly, and I found multiple insects on the mattress I was sleeping on. I also saw insects crawling on the floor in both rooms.
I was staying with my three children, and in the children’s room there were also dead cockroaches. Both my body and my child’s body were bitten by fire ants.
At around 3:00 AM, I went to the front desk to report the issue. The receptionist saw everything and changed my room, but there was only one room available. The second room was also in very poor condition, with the same problems. We could not sleep at all.
At 6:00 AM, my wife, my children, and I left the hotel because the situation was unbearable. My body was covered with bites from insects, cockroaches, and fire ants. I tried to contact the hotel manager, but he was not available. The front desk staff told me the manager would not be in until Monday.
The stay was extremely bad. Additionally, the hotel was under construction, and even the second room they gave us had loud noise. Overall, it was a very horrible experience.
I clearly informed the hotel that I will not pay a single dollar for this stay because of how terrible and unacceptable it was. This experience badly affected my children emotionally. We had traveled from Austin to Dallas because my children had soccer matches, but they did not sleep at all due to these conditions.
I have vedios that shows everything, I will try to take screenshots and submit them . They told me that they will charge me for only one room , but it doesn’t worth it we even didn’t sleep with that conditions ! I want full refund ! Very bad experience! Unsafe place !!!
