Important information:

Some 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. If the single bed configuration is required, your bedding preference will need to be requested at the time of booking or by notifying our Reservations Team at least 2 days before you arrive at the hotel. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay.

From 27th October 2026, external repair works will be undertaken to the lower exterior of the building, limited to areas up to and including Level 5.

As part of these works, protective construction gantries and scaffolding will at times be installed above the hotel and car park entrances to ensure safe access for guests, vehicles and pedestrians.

The hotel and car park will remain accessible throughout the works, although minor access changes or short delays may occur at times.

We appreciate your understanding while these necessary external repairs are completed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Sauberkeit im Appartement, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht

Da wir nach 8 stündigem Nachtflug und anschließendem Einreiseprozedere zügig in unser Appartement wollten, bekamen wir eines unten in der 4. Etage.
Schießscharten als Fenster, direkt an der vielbefahrenen Straße mit dementsprechendem Lärm auch nachts. Das Appartement war für uns unbewohnbar. Wir bekamen dann nach Einspruch ein Zimmer im 10. Stockwerk, mit Teppichboden, bodentiefen Fenstern und allem, was in der Beschreibung drin gestanden hat.
Als Referenz hatten wir noch unser Appartement im 32. Stockwerk in Erinnerung, das wir 2016 im gleichen Haus gebucht hatten....je höher desto besser natürlich die Aussicht und desto weniger Lärm.
Unser Badezimmer hatte leider keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne in die man reinsteigen musste um zu duschen....
