Important information:

If you do not arrive by 11 pm on your arrival date, and have not informed the property in advance, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged the full cost of the accommodations.

Please note that the property does not accept cash payments. All payments must be made by credit or debit card, or via EFTPOS. Unless you pay in advance, you will be required to pay for the entire stay and any additional charges upon arrival at the hotel.
Card payments: Please note that a 1.66% charge applies to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay and JCB card payments.

All bedrooms (excluding studios and mini-suites) have a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds.

Every three days, your suite will receive an express service, including making the beds with existing linen, replacing towels and toiletries, loading the dishwasher and emptying the rubbish bins.
For stays of more than seven nights, your suite will receive a full clean, including fresh linen every seven days.
A valid ID in the name of the cardholder is required upon check-in.

Please note that pre-authorization of a credit, debit or EFTPOS card is required at the time of booking.

- To secure your reservation,

please ensure that there are sufficient funds on your card.

You will also be required to pay a bond at check-in.

This will be refunded upon departure.

The bond amounts are as follows: - Studios/Suites with one bedroom: Up to AU$100

- Suites with two bedrooms: Up to AU$200

- Suites with three bedrooms: Up to AU$400

- Penthouses: Up to AU$2,000

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room.

You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

I had a wonderful stay at Meriton Suites.
Pros:

Bed was very comfy, the aircon was wonderful, and I loved the room. Everything was very clean and tidy. The coffee provided was absolutely delicious. Would absolutely stay again!
