All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Excellent room, handy to everything. Hotel facilties excellent.
Pros:

Location was great, near Roma street railway station.
Room had excellent equipment being microwave, washing machine, drier, hairdryer,etc etc.

Cons:

Could have had more towels, but minor problem as we had a drier.
Shower door was very hard to operate,

Cons:

The door locks broke twice during our stay. We came back to find our door hadn't locked behind us. Apparently it's a common occurrence. And the front desk staff fixed it by hitting it with a screwdriver. The shower water pools around the toilet and the floor is extremely slippery, lots of mould build up on the grout. Lounge furniture is extremely uncomfortable to sit on to watch tv. More just to look at. Overall disappointed with the hotel and would probably choose somewhere else next time.

Brillant stay in Brisbane.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was comfortable had everything you need. Presentation of unit was wonderful so clean. Highly recommend. Great price.
