Pros:

Excellent location and great staff, looked after luggage until room was ready.
Clean and roomy.

Cons:

Toilet in room hard to flush , old worn out fitting. Carpet frayed at corners.

Pros:

Location was good. Staff were good to engage with and patient when we had questions or issues came up. Facilities in the room were also good. I liked we could stream our own services we subscribe to on the TV and not just limited to what the hotel had available.

Cons:

Parking, I now there are arrangements with a third party for outsourced parking, but these were also not sufficient due to other events on the day. It may be wise to have a further contingency on parking.

Great location easy check in and staff are lovely to deal with
Pros:

Handy to Roma Street station

Cons:

The jug was cleaned inside with some lemon cleaner. Not good if you want a tea or coffee. Could taste the lemon and didn’t feel like I should be using the jug. Have let staff know.

Clean, friendly staff, amazing views and beautiful room

Cons:

No available parking on the night, parks out front were very minimal and were in use for hrs, so was hard to pick up my children, could not get the internet working on the TV

We loved this hotel- great location, handy for the train and for walking into the city.
We had a standard suite and it was very well equipped- I only wish we had been staying longer!

Cons:

The indoor pool could have had a bit of love… no changing rooms??? And some comfy chairs would have been nice, it wasn’t somewhere you could chill out and linger.
