All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, room was spacious and well equipped, good location for QPAC, CBD and Art galleries.

Cons:

My room had no view - just looking at other apartments- could barely see the sky.

The showers horrible, water everywhere outside cubicle on floor. No water jugs in fridge. Waiting times on lifts going up to the 74th floor at one stage was over 30mins

Great hotel so close to Roma St station.
Pros:

The hotel is located so close to the exit to Roma St station and its meticulous in its cleanliness. I am a huge fan of their brands they stock. The apartments feel really stylish without being over the top.

Cons:

Let’s face it , Roma St area is not humming with excitement but with the 50c fares you are a train away from something exciting e.g. Fish Lane off South Brisbane station.

I felt quite comfortable and convenient about my stay here.

Comfortable with a view.
Pros:

No breakfast included. Location was good for where we needed to be.

Cons:

Towels had stains. They had been laundered but one should have been discarded.
One bedroom in suite had layout so that you got out of one side of the bed and were in danger of walking into support column. Furniture needs rearranging or a queen instead of a king bed.
