Pros:

Central location, clean and comfortable room, clean pool.

Cons:

No dishwashing liquid or soap or anything and no sponge to wash dishes.

Only 1 set of towels so you have to use your shower towel for the pool.

Would definitely stay again, location was great, lovely hotel
Pros:

The apartment was so spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

$50 to park the car but I know this is standard and was aware at time of booking.

Pros:

Reception is stunning and smelt amazing! Staff were very efficient and informative. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The indoor pool and spa was perfect after a night out watching riverfire 😊

Cons:

Parking was full so we had to park at a different site and then walk with all our luggage and a toddler back to the hotel. However, the parking was only $15 for the night as opposed to the $50 we would of been charged to park at the hotel.

Pros:

The location is amazing.

Cons:

The beds are so hard that my husband had to sleep on the couch to get any comfort. For a 5 star hotel its unacceptable.

The check in process and the car parking needs to be addressed. It is to convoluted and hard to understand.
