So we were staying on the beach just down from the Grand Tourane , on the property just in front is a BIDV ATM . Being daytime and in a relatively safe area I went into the ATM to withdraw some Cash. After going through the steps to switch to English, going through steps to do the transaction the ATM said are you still there I attempted to cancel. I then received a msg in English stating your card was being detained. Crap. I went into the lobby and we spoke with the lady at the front had the contact information for the BIDV office. They indicated that that the bank would send someone to the ATM and retrieve my Card. Fast forward 4 hours I received a call that my card was at the front desk. WOW unbelievable. I cannot express the gratitude in words on how wonderful the staff at Grand Tourane. Thank you so much.

I was here a lot of time but the building is old. Swimming pool is not clean enough. A lot of new hotel nearby is cheaper price and better condition.
Me and my wife went for a vacation in Vietnam last September 2024 and stayed in this hotel. It's a beach front hotel with very good breakfast. Clean hotel and staff behavior is very good. Very good value of money. Good swimming pool and beach access
Fantastic location during both day & night right on Da Nang Beach opposite from Beach Bars & restaurants on same street. Thankful after much research of where to stay for 3 nights decided on the Grand Tourane Da Nang instead of a five star resort where you need a Grab ride to get to the beach bars & restaurants in walking distance
Location was a short Grab ride to the Dragon Bridge & fantastic night market.
One night with a heavy downpour of rain we had a delicious dinner in the restaurant
On the last day the outdated carpet was replaced
We had to cancel a stay for 8 people due to an issue with a third party reservation platform. They accepted to refund without penalty despite non refundable reservation. Very professional!!
The hotel like looks amazing and with this kind of staff and flexibility we look forward to visiting and staying next time we are in Da Nang!

Service could have been improved. Staff were not keen on helping and generally very slow and inattentive. Eg: we waitied over 30 minutes for a beer at the bar while it wasnt busy.
I had to wait hours to get money exchanged.

Had a one week stay at this hotel in a corner suite. The views were amazing--especially from the soaker bathtub. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with loads of both Western and Vietnamese options. The staff were very attentive and made sure to check in with us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with the beach directly across the street. It was also within walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and lots of restaurants. The airport shuttle was a nice bonus and they even gave us a parting gift at checkout! Would definitely stay here again.

ホテルの20階に宿泊しましたが、部屋は綺麗で快適でしたが、水圧がとっても弱かったです。
朝食はとても美味しくて、韓国人向けのメニューも多かったですが、ベトナム料理も日替わりであり美味しかったです。
スタッフサービスは普通。挨拶はあまりしてくれない感じでしたが、フロントの人は一生懸命に色々相談にのってくれました。
