Pros:

The hotel is not well maintained.
Thr aircon needs to be cleaned. Lots of dirt and dust in the aircon vent.

Value-for-money stay in a silent part of the city
Pros:

It was my third stay at Seeds Setiawangsa. It is a value-for-money stay in a safe and relatively silent part of KL. The room it self is not fully sound proof, but I managed to still sleep soundly in my bed. I love that the management has included the hair dryer (previously it was not there). The hotel is close to LRT station (Setiawangsa) and local eateries.

Excellent value for money!
Pros:

The hotel is relatively new. For the room rate charged, you could get almost all facilities provided by higher starred hotels except the luxury. Great friendly staff. I will not hesitate to come back next time.
