Brits Hotel Karawang

Not recomended if you bring your baby. Seems like They did not prepare if the guest bring the baby to the restaurant. THEY DON'T HAVE TEA SPOON!!

How come i can give any food to my baby?!
They current spoon is toooo way big for baby's mouth!

Flawless stay, friendly staff especially Elly(Marketing) and Ella(Restaurant) also Tri (AFOM) and Arian who help me with reservation things. Room was clean good maintanance highly recommended only one thing I found the pillow somewhat flat and firm, consider updating for improved guest comfort.Thank you Brits Hotel to make my family stay so memorable.

Be sure a clean cut nice hotel over the horisons of Karawang.

Located nice..with stand out detail cleanliness.

Yet friendly staffs all the way from the front desk up to the security..ups cleaners are smiley face too.Cooks..to waitress. Tese part is excellent.

Bare in mind, a smiley GM's message mounted in the cartn of elevator. Completely super.

Love this hotel and book for next family year end closing with other goers.

Clean, well-maintained hotel and not too far from Jakarta city center. I would definitely recommend all of the hotel's amenities and the restaurant - great vegetarian food options. Great service, affordable and well-maintained.

I had a one night business trip to Karawang and choose this Brits by choice. Well, its average in its class. Not a fan of their choice of swimming pool tiles. Average barbeque buffet, average staff, one of them have no idea know what wine is. Seems a trainee, its okay, she just need to learn more. Nice sleep, spacious room, nearby mini market, fast internet, adequate breakfast choices. The nice part of this hotel is the sport area staff, i forget his name (senior guy). He was very helpful and nice.

Had an opportunity to stay at hotel even if only for a short visit, strategic location, clean hotel, the staff is so friendly, a lots of traditional food served on breakfast and it is sooo delicious. would be love to come back again

It was a good stay overall at the hotel.

This hotel was not big, but very comfortable.
Room, staff, food were good enough.
Fitness center and swimming pool were not big, but very good quality.
Not far from the hotel, there were some good cafe and restaurant, also near to convinience store (Indomaret & Alfamart).

This cookies makes you miss it, it's not in any hotel ... for rooms and others it's ok and has been discussed ... swimming pool is next to the restaurant ... very recommended for those who stay in Karawang

Perfect for business traveler in Karawang. Avoiding heavy traffic from Jakarta. Excellent service and clean rooms. Breakfast selection is not great!

Clean and comfortable with friendly local staff but do not expect top line attention to service. Kitchen staff gather in groups to chat, ignoring customers. Food is often cold, buffet items not replenished. Normally about 30% of menu items not available.
Room fridges set to an economic 15C - tough luck if you want a cold drink.
