הצוות לא השיב לפניותנו בטרם ההגעה. יש נציגה בוט שלא מתקשרת עם צוות המלון ואף אחד לא חוזר אליך. המקום עצמו מיושן ומוזנח. ממש מורגש שכל עניין האחזקה לא מנוהל. בלובי בקבלה הארון מדפים מאחורי נציגות הקבלה מלוכלך ועם ידיות חסרות. בו באותו רגע התחשק לי לעשות אחורה פנה ולברוח...בקומה שלנו היה שולחן מזנון קטן דקורטיבי, הוא שבור. עליו מונח עציץ קטן ומסכן. על המעקה יש חתיכות עץ שמוחזקות עם אזיקון. ממש היה לי קשה בעיניים לראות את הדברים האלו כי הם מעידים על הזנחה. בכל כך מעט מאמץ זה היה וואו , המלון עצמו חמוד, החדרים שלנו היו סה״כ סבבה , הדשא והבריכה נהדרים. ממש חבל.

Disappointing service and connectivity issues marred an otherwise pleasant stay

​We enjoyed the hotel's facilities and food, but our experience was significantly impacted by two major issues:

​Unprofessional Behavior: We had a deeply unpleasant encounter with a staff member at the entrance. Despite our efforts to follow his parking instructions precisely, he began shouting at us aggressively. Even after we politely explained that we had parked exactly where he requested and asked him to stop, he continued to yell without any cause or apology. This led to an entirely unnecessary and disrespectful confrontation that is unacceptable for any service environment.
Connectivity Issues: In one of the two rooms we received, as well as on the lawn outside, the Wi-Fi reception was poor, and it was impossible to browse. Since the hotel also lacks good cellular reception, this was a real struggle.


​It is a shame that these service and infrastructure issues overshadowed our visit.
