לא היה מספיק חם. בחדר וגם לא בחדר האוכל ובשטח הציבורי.
התארחנו במלון לחופשה משפחתית, וברצוני לשתף בחוויית השירות שקיבלנו.
ראשית, חשוב לי לציין לטובה את רמת האירוח והיחס האישי. צוות המלון היה אדיב, נעים ושירותי, ויצר תחושה שמקשיבים לנו ומתייחסים לבקשותינו ברצינות. במיוחד ארצה לציין את דנה, פקידת הקבלה, שנענתה לבקשתנו במהירות ובמאור פנים, ופעלה להחלפת חדר ללא היסוס. הגישה שלה הייתה סבלנית, מכבדת ומלאת רצון טוב לכל אורך השהות. ועל כך תודתנו.
חוויית השירות והיחס האישי שקיבלנו מהצוות ובעיקר מדנה היו נעימים ומוערכים מאוד. אנו מקווים כי הנהלת המלון תשקיע בשדרוג החדרים ובהקפדה יתרה על ניקיון, כך שרמת התחזוקה תהלום את רמת השירות הגבוהה והלבבית שקיבלנו. כדי שנוכל לבוא שוב בעתיד כשהחדרים ישודרגו.
אציין דבר נוסף, בעזבנו את המלון התקשרו באופן כמעט מיידי, לומר ששכחנו בחדר מעיל ועל כך תודה רבה וכל הכבוד. 💐
נתקלנו בפער משמעותי ברמת הניקיון בחדרים. אחד החדרים היה משופץ, אך רמת הניקיון בעיקר באזור המקלחת והשירותים, הייתה נמוכה מאוד. החרסינה נראתה בצבע כתום מרוב לכלוך, והשירותים היו ישנים עם כתמים בולטים. החדר הנוסף שקיבלנו בתחילה לא היה נקי, וליווה אותו ריח לא נעים של ריקבון, שככל הנראה נבע מארון בגדים ישן ופגום דבר שיצר תחושה מאוד לא נעימה. והווילון באמבטיה היו מלוכלכים.
לאחר פנייתנו הוחלף לנו החדר לחדר ברמת ניקיון סבירה יותר, אם כי גם בו ניכר רמת ניקיון נמוכה מאוד.
מיקום נוח. חנייה במקום
מלון מיושן. בחדר אין שולחן, או כסא, מגבות במקלחת באיכות ירודה. רעש בלתי פוסק של ילדים שהתרוצצו בפרוסדורים ללא השגחה. ארוחת בוקר בשבת, המאכלים קרים, גם אלו המונחים על פלטות. שתייה חמה רק בהכנה עצמית ממיכל מים, אין קפה סביר.
בקיצור אכזבה, תמורה לא הולמת למחיר.
