Rinjani Lodge

Fantastic stay at Rinjani Lodge. What a gem of a hotel. The views are incredible and our room was immaculately clean.

The food was delicious with a very wide ranging menu, both local and western/south East Asian. Presentation was lovely, especially breakfast.

The room itself was a good size, good AC and a large bathroom. It had a day bed outside where we could chill and simply look!

There are two pools - one for those who come to eat/drink and one for residents.
The property is set among beautiful and well maintained gardens with many flowers and trees attracting butterflies and birds.

We had an issue with our safe and it was looked after immediately.

The property is located very close to the gate to the park for the waterfalls. And close to restaurants and local shops/spas. There is an ATM close by.

I leave my last words for the staff who are wonderful, friendly, welcoming and most helpful. A true asset to the hotel.

We would absolutely return to this hotel and we hope to.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rinjani Lodge. Though I did not hike Rinjani, I wanted to be at the base of it to enjoy walks to waterfalls and enjoy the view of the volcano and forest from the lodge's lovely infinity pools! The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner stopped working one night and by early the next morning they had already fixed it. They have efficient laundry service. I read some complaints about the food menu at the restaurant, but I appreciated the variety of options and the prices were reasonable. That said, if you want local food you can find it down the street for a lower price. The staff were warm and friendly, the gardens were gorgeous, and the views unbeatable. Get your camera ready for some beautiful photo ops on the many terraces and by the pools!

Great staff and good breakfast

We booked it staying there before hiking at Mount Rinjani. We didn’t expect much but the views are stunning. The gardens are elegant, the infinity pool overlooks a gorge, mountains, lowlands and the ocean. We should have stayed here more nights. The service was impeccable and the room was spotless.

Great stay to relax at the foot of Mt Rinjani. The hotel is relatively expensive but provides excellent service, so I think, it is worth the money if you want to have sth more than just an overnight stay. Food is also quite expensive but there are cheaper dining options around the lodge. The wifi in the room was not so good, but it was excellent in the restaurant area.

We stayed 3 nights at Rinjani Lodge and absolutely loved our stay. It was beautifully presented accommodation with an amazing backdrop. Hot water, cold airconditioning, excellent restaurant. Staff were always pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely small hotel in a highland climate. The food in the restaurant was great. The view of the clouds coming down Mt Rinjani’s flanks in the afternoon was sublime. The staff were warm and friendly. (The macaques were not always so friendly).

This place was really nice - excellent staff (super friendly), very very good food, and cool amenities (infinity pools were nice, and so was my room with outdoor bathroom) .
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and will definitely stay here again on future visits.
Another plus - it's walking distance from Sendang Gile waterfalls.
Also, they stored my luggage for free after I checked out for my 3-day backpacking trip. I truly appreciate that.

Fantastic views and a great place to relax for a couple of days. Worth coming here even if you are not climbing Rinjani.

We wish we had stayed one more night.

The pool was not clean (cigarettes buts + tissues).
Only 4 seats at the pool. Not enough.

Charming hotel with amazing views of mount Rinjani and surrounding areas. This is a pretty remote location so facilities and restaurant is pretty basic but the staff are super helpful

Rooms may need some attention e.g rooms are not made up every day, some lamps may not work - but the service from staff and the nature and surroundings compensate so much for this

Heerlijk hotel met vriendelijke bediening en keurig personeel. Prima om te verblijven in Sensru met fijne zwembaden en prachtig uitzicht.
WiFi was tijdens ons bezoek niet beschikbaar. Fijne stoelen in het restaurant als tip voor het hotel
