Pros:

The worst hotel I've ever been to, I paid 80 dollars for one night and it should be a 1-star hotel the worst you can find, better than writing and seeing the photos I posted to see the reality of the hotel .The mini bar didn't work, the water in the sink wasn't clogged, the toilet poured water underneath, the air conditioning was from the 1850s and made noise that couldn't be sleep , the small lunch is better not to try, The water to drink you had to go out of the room to fill the jar,I had two cups with a spoon, I don't know what if I had nothing to drink,

Ants and bee inside room, hard bed, dirty bathroom! Air conditioning was blasting in my face!

OK for what it is
Pros:

The room was adequate but not properly cleaned from the last guest's stay. Many of the pools and slides were only open on the weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

You could do better, but you could also do worse.

Don't believe what it state's. Don't go near.
Pros:

Wasn't expected even though booked and confirmed, put into 2 rooms which were supposed to be deluxe but were far from that the list of faults is too long to mention. Was booked for 4 night's had to move out next day as I wasn't prepared to subject my family to such an experience.

Pros:

SERVICE PLUS! This is my 4th 'SwimPark' hotel place...best so far. I was concerened about swimming in warm springs warm...would I like it? YES! Small slides made my clients kids happy, some swam all night, Karaoke going to 11 PM...food was average...but here is the difference...SERVICE!...I needed a midnight 2 hour ride to Manila Airport for a work-related situation....Driver woke up, came it, to help me. A+++ service, I'd go back for sure!!
