Very disappointed

My stay at this hotel in Gili Air was very disappointing. The only positives were the location, close to the harbour, and the friendly staff.

Breakfast had very few options and took far too long to be served. The room was dark, poorly ventilated and very basic, with no mini fridge or TV. These details were not clear when I made the booking.

The shower only stayed hot for about three minutes before turning cold, so I had to finish with cold water. The bed was extremely uncomfortable: the mattress was hard, and I could feel the springs, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

I tried to upgrade to another room, but there was no availability. I also could not cancel my booking to stay somewhere else, so I had to remain in accommodation that did not meet my expectations.

I would love to visit Gili Air again, but I definitely would not return to this hotel. The convenient location and friendly staff did not make up for the lack of comfort during my stay.

Posto perfetto se volete risparmiare ed essere vicini al porto!

Posizione ottima, giusto il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Colazione buona.

Non ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative, che forse vedendo le foto erano più alte del previsto.
Abbiamo pagato molto poco (110 euro per 3 notti per 2 persone), ma in Indonesia costa tutto molto poco, quindi pensavo di avere un alloggio un pochino più confortevole.
La stanza era molto piccola (con le valigie aperte non si riusciva a camminare). Per fare le pulizie, tenevano aperte le porte e di conseguenza la camera si riempiva di mosquitos. Non essendoci nemmeno una zanzariera per dormire, passavamo il tempo a scacciare le zanzare prima di dormire.
La camera mancava di una tv (a gili air la sera non c'è molto da fare, quindi sarebbe stata gradita).
Il bagno era all'esterno, quindi anch'esso pieno di mosquitos.
In generale, con un po' più di spazio, una televisione, e una zanzariera, il mio soggiorno sarebbe stato più gradito.

Szép helyen van, kényelmes a szoba és az ágy is. Van saját függőágy is a szoba előtt. Kedves személyzet, közel vannak az éttermek és bevásárlási lehetőség. Mosás is lehetséges jó áron.

Cons:

Hiányzott a szobából a vízforraló, a recepción levő melegvíz zárás után már nem elérhető számunkra.

Für einen kleinen Preis ein großes Erlebnis
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind total freundlich. Wir schliefen in einem Bungalow mit einer Art Außendusche. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Im Ressort gibt es ausserdem zwei Pools zum Relaxen. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Café war gut. Wir konnten zwischen verschiedenen Platten wählen. Der Preis für das Gesamtpaket ist unschlagbar.

Beautifuly done with everything you need and more. Amazing location and super kind staff
Pros:

Great location next to the main strip of restaurants. The huts were very well thought out and provided everything you could need. Breakfast was fantastic in the cafe/restaurant next door. Very clean and a lovely place. Would 100% come back and recommend. Amazing staff so so kind and helpful.

Absolutely nothing !!!

L'emplacement, le bungalow, la piscine, le décor... Bref, tout était super

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était light : pas de café si on prend un jus de fruits. Les oeufs brouillés étaient en réalité une omelette hachée, un tout petit morceau de beurre pour accompagner les deux tartines de pain et pas de confiture ni de tomates. C'est dommage car tout était parfait

Resort meraviglioso con un’unica pecca
Pros:

Il resort è in posizione strategica: vicino al porto e alla via principale. La struttura è curata, la camera pulita, la piscina ben tenuta e il personale gentile. Se dovessi tornare, risceglierei sicuramente questo resort!

Cons:

Assolutamente da migliorare la colazione. Oltre ad essere limitata (allego foto) il personale era poco accogliente e impreparato sulle più comuni intolleranze.
