В целом, мы очень довольны
Pros:

В отеле много интерактива - есть хорошая игровая для детей помладше, кинотеатр, закрытый бассейн(но пока все равно было холодно, вода не очень теплая), комната с игровыми автоматами, там есть боулинг и страшная квест-комната (это уже все за отдельную плату)
Очень приятный персонал, но не на ресепшене, удивило, что и женщина и мужчина, которые между собой менялись были какие-то недружелюбные, может их сильно задалбывают, не знаю…
Еда хорошая и достаточно разнообразная
В четверг был рыбный день и это было нечто, не знаю, каждый ли четверг так или мы попали на какой-то пир, но было всё связанное с морепродуктами, огромные рыбины запеченные в соли, лосось, крабы, раки, это было нечто! Но при этом и мясные блюда тоже были
Сладостей всегда огромный выбор
Есть магазины со всеми необходимыми товарами прямо в отеле

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение – отель находится на первой линии и можно гулять по красивой набережной вдоль моря. Не очень далеко от центра, можно доехать на автобусе.
Персонал отеля очень приятный.
Больше всего нравится в этом отеле пирс с шезлонгами и спусками в воду. Когда нет волн там просто невероятно чистая бирюзовая вода.

Cons:

Если окна выходят на зону, где проходят вечерние развлекательные мероприятия, то до 23:00 очень (очень!) шумно. Даже с закрытыми окнами.
А еще за 10 ночей ни разу не поменяли постельное белье. Но в целом в номере было чисто.

Ingenting.

Cons:

Service va jätte dåligt. Luftkonditionering på hela hotellet funkade inte förutom rummen. Bartendern kunde inte fixa drinkar som fanns på menyn. Maten va smaklöst.

racisme envers les arabes et favoritisme envers les russes , les blancs en général.
Pros:

bon emplacement, varié, mais pas assez de propositions, le pain était tous les jours durs et secs, manque viennoiserie : croissant, pain frais, pain au chocolat, ect....

Cons:

le service, j'ai ressentis un racisme terrible envers moi, je fais la queue pendant 10 min pour avoir une omelette, arrivé a mon tour, j'étais première, la dame sert un grand blond à ma place en prétextant que la fil commençait de l'autre coté, il n'y avait que lui et moi, elle a donc bien vu que j'étais là en premier. Peut être que mon voile ne lui a pas plu. on nous parle mal, agressivement, on refuse de m'apporter un transat alors qu'aux russes ils en apportent 5 par 5. ils leur servent la bière le café, tout...et nous on nous fait bien comprendre qu'on dérange. PLUS JAMAIS

Все прошло душевно, спасибо 🙏
Pros:

Расположение, индивидуальный тоннель к пляжу, куча еды и разных баров по территории 😍

Милый персонал и все продумано
Вид с балкона обалденный

Есть открытые веранды на обедах, если тепло, то с удовольствием пьешь вино и ужинаешь

Cons:

Были перебои с вай фаем, но это проблема не отеля
И не было морепродуктов :(, возможно, не сезон уже
