Gem Hoi An Villa

This hotel does not exist! It has changed owners a long time ago and they don't accept guests.

Absolutely the best value. The room was large and clean, ac worked well and the staff was super helpful. Also for free breakfast, they had the best banana shakes ever and made to order eggs and omlets.

Tres bel hotel, au calme. Le service est excellent. Tres bon petit dejeuner. Des velos sont disponibles gratuitement.

L hôtel est situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre de hoi an .prêt gratuit de vélos.chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie et une climatisation silencieuse.grande piscine magnifique donnant sur les rizières. Petit déjeuner largement suffisant .le personnel est adorable
En résumé vu le prix c est un très bon rapport qualité prix .vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermées

The girls are so nice and helpful, you cannot feel anything but at home here. It's a very relaxing place.

Breakfast was very good and I really enjoyed taking the bike and going to the beach. It's a very short bike ride away.

Rooms are big but a bit dirty. Also I would fix the doors as they do not close completely making it very easy for the mosquitos to come to your room.

I would also clean the pool area a little bit. Plant some new grass, get new sunchairs and clean the pool as it was a bit dirty.

The place needs some sprucing up but it was such a joy still to live here for a while.

And oh, if you want to leave valuables in your room, there's only a wooden night stand with a lock on it. The place felt very safe anyways.

Room a bit rough around the edges, great ambience, a little out of town.

Ich habe mich im GEM sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Lage am Rand der Reisfelder ist wunderbar und mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern hat man das Zentrum schnell erreicht. Der Garten ist sehr angenehm zum relaxen und der Pool verhältnismäßig groß, so dass man gut darin schwimmen kann. Ich habe mich jeden Morgen auf das leckere, abwechslungsreiche und reichhaltige Frühstück gefreut, das von dem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal immer frisch zubereitet wurde. Alle waren sehr lieb und haben geholfen, wo es ging, vor allem die Managerin Hai.
Trotz Reisfeldidylle hört man den Verkehr der Straße auf der anderen Seite etwas, wenn man im Zimmer ist. Mit Ohropax habe ich allerdings gut geschlafen.
Die Umgebung eignet sich sehr gut zum radfahren , was auch viel entspannender ist, als im Stadtverkehr. Ein Highlight war für mich die Insel Cam Kim, auf der es im Gegensatz zur ziemlich überlaufenen Altstadt von Hoi an sehr idyllisch, ruhig und ursprünglich war. Um die Altstadt zu genießen habe ich mich sehr früh morgens auf den Weg gemacht, später wird es sehr voll dort. Da das Frühstück zwischen 7.00 und 10.00 serviert wird, ist man sehr flexibel.

広くて快適な部屋には液晶テレビ・冷蔵庫・エアコン・電気ポット・ドライヤーがある。専用のテラスからはのどかな田園風景が見渡せ心が休まる。町の中心から歩いて15～20分程度でナビの最短ルートは住宅街を通り抜けるので明かりもあり人もいて夜9時までは懐中電灯もなく歩いてホテルまで戻れるので夜の町を観光しても安心。(それ以降はタクシーで)スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。プールサイドで食べる無料の朝食はとても美味しい。

This Villa was a high light of our trip in Vietnam! Our room was beautiful; big and clean. Everything worked perfectly. The staff made us feel like home and helped us with everything. Breakfast was good and made by order from the breakfast menu. Lovely staff made sure we never left hungry from the breakfast table; always asked if they could make anything else for us. Free bikes were nice bonus. Location is nicely between beach (15 min bike ride) and hoi an old town (10-15 min by foot). Can highly recommend this lovely Villa!

가격, 깨끗한 룸, 친절한 스텝 다 좋았지만 거리가 단점

Das Gem Villa ist ein wunderbares kleines Hotel direkt neben reisfeldern, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur japanischen Brücke in Hoi An/Zentrum. Es hat ein super Team das einem bei allem hilft und sehr herzlich ist. Sehr ruhig, entspannt mit schönem Garten und Pool. Große Zimmer, große offene Duschen, sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet. Bestens zu empfehlen. Würde sofort wieder kommen!

A little away from the hustle and bustle of this very interesting tourist destination (Hoi An City) Gem Villa Hoi An is a really nice place to stay and the rain shower in the bathroom is an invigorating plus!
A little attention to detail might go a long way to improving the overall impression in the room (amenities in the bathroom area could improved and be better arranged as could the extra toilet roll still in the manufacturers plastic on top of the water tank) in the shower (a soap dish or somewhere to place the soap when using the shower) and outside (rubbish/litter scattered around the gardens and especially near the outside toilet behind the eating area used by hotel patrons) but nothing that could not be resolved in a very short period of time
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is really great making the stay a very memorable experience

when we arrived nobody warned us that as it was saturday there was a party of locals during the weekend, pool and gardens were hoarded until 2.30h am with drunks and screaming kids in the pool. At 6h am started again, we could not sleep more than 3 hours. but nobody seemed to care staff. breakfast was a single omelette and a piece of fruit. The terrace was still full of bones and leftover food from the bbq and thousands of beer everywhere. Completamente unpleasant.
When we checked out we communicate how badly we had been and they discounted only 5 euros on renting motorbikes. We meant to stay one more night but were told they offered us a discount for the inconvenience and really the price on hotels.com was more convenient than that offered by them so we did not accept, it was ridicolous. In the afternoon when we returned there was still trash around the pool and the water was not very clean. I don´t recommend this hotel because it is very expensive for the poor service offered. We moved to a much cheaper and better service homestay. By the way as ammenities there was only one comb ... I would not pay more than 15 usd per night, there are better options in the city as Hoian Garden Palace for almost the same price or Hoang Thu Homestay for a lot less money and equal service.

Nice stay.not too far from everything.good view and the people at the hotels are nice.

영어로 대화는 가능합니다. 조식은 간단한게 먹을수 있게 나옵니다. 다만, 호이안구시가지와는 거리가 걸어서 20분정도 걸리고 택시가 거의 없는 동네라 이동시 힘들수도 있습니다. 특히 택시기사도 모르는 경우가 종종 있습니다. 가격대비는 좋은 숙소입니다.

Excellent accueil, hotel tres bien situé et personnel aux petits soins. Le petit dej est délicieux, choix a la carte. La chambre est très propre et assez grande. L'endroit est très calme.

고도시에서 거리가 조금 있어서 택시타고 이동을 했습니다. 직원들이 너무 친절하여 매우 만족합니다.
자전거를 대여해서 돌아다녀보진 못했지만, 자전거로 고도시까지 왔다갔다 하기에도 좋아보였습니다. 걸어서는 20분정도 걸렸습니다.
가격대비 너무너무 만족스러운 여행이었으며,
직원들 친절도는 수많은 해외여행중 최고였습니다.
분위기가 호텔보다는 친절한 한국의 펜션같은 느낌이었습니다.

신축한지 얼마 안되어서 정~말 깨끗합니다!
빌라 단지도 많지 않아, 가족끼리 혹은 친구 연인끼리 오셔도 편안히 지내다 가실 수 있으실 것 같아요. 시내와 조금 떨어져 있지만, 걸어서 가실 수 있는 거리 입니다. 들어오실땐 택시가 많은데- 나갈땐 택시가 없어서, 프론트에 불러달라하는게 편해요!
객실 앞 수영장도, 깨긋하고 매우 좋습니다. 조식으로 나오는 국수도 맛있습니다.
친절하신 사장님 과 직원들 덕에 정말 매우 편안한 시간을 보내다 왔습니다!
발코니도 넓게 있어서, 탁 트인 전망으로 만족도가 높았습니다. 또 방문할 의사 100%
