Pros:

Odamiz çok eskiydi, eşyalar kirli ve temizlenmemişti. Odaya girdiğimizde klima da ve wc de problem mevcuttu, teknik ekip hızlıca ilgilendi. A blokta 4 katta kaldığımızdan dolayi asansör kullandik fakat 2024 yilinda en son denetlemeden kaldığı bilgisi mevcutu fakat meçburen kullandik. Yemekleri cok kötüydü, görsellerdeki gibi 3 gece kalmamıza rağmen hic tatlı çıkmadı. Butun içecekleri plastik bardak ile servis ettiler. Fincan veya kokteyl bardağı kullanilmiyordu.

kötü bir otel oda nem kokuyordu. Yemekler aynı ve çıkış saatinden sonra hiç bir şekilde otelde duramıyorsun.

Pros:

Horrible experience , horrible staff, very rude , unhelpful . The night guy doesn't deserve to be between people . We arrived around 3 pm, our rooms were not ready and no answer when they will be , so we went to the mall and came back around 10 pm. One of the rooms had a non-functional air condition so we asked to get another room , the rude guy said it's not possible ,so we had to stay in ours with an open door in a 30 degrees Celsius .
The hotel has no room service , no phone , no toiletries , no tissues , no garbage bins , paid wi-fi, paid safe , paid beach towels .
The pool closes at 6.
Simply horrible experience with a horrible staff
