The lady on the front desk doesn’t know how to treat people. She tried to do 2 checks in at the same time and she offends when I asked questions.
Hotel ONE can do better.

I said that I could cancel at any time before 5:00 I put a cancellation in at 2:00 and never got my money back and still haven't got a response expedia's promise this and that but they don't uphold their promises either
