Pros:

Petite chambre propre.
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et les réceptionnistes restent à notre écoute, d’ailleurs j’ai réservé un bus vip pr aller à sapa, ça m a évité une gestion en plus. Le plus de cet hôtel c’est la proximité du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est très simple mais très bon, on peut commander des pancakes ou des œufs en plus du buffet donc c’est un vrai plus. J’aime avoir des fruits et c’était le cas donc r.a.s.
Merci pour le Check in plutôt ça m’a permis de m’installer dans ma chambre rapidement.
Si vous chercher un bon rapport qualité prix, vous pouvez réserver mais pour moi 2 nuits max

Everything perfect

Pros:

Está súper céntrico y de ahí fuimos andando a todos los sitios, pero Hanoi es muy caótico y si quieres un hotel en el Old Quarter tienes que saber que hay ruido siempre, aún así estuvimos bien. El desayuno es decente y el personal, como es costumbre aquí, es muy amable.

Organizzazione del soggiorno meravigliosa
Pros:

Lo staff è molto cordiale e sono stati gentili, pazienti e super efficienti nell’organizzarci tutte le escursioni nel nord del Vietnam. Tutti i servizi sono ottimi e la posizione è centrale con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Wonderful
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed and great location. We enjoyed the breakfast on the roof every morning. They also give a hot breakfast, they even offered extra option for my daughter when she couldn't eat the one she chose. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had some recommendations for the restaurants around from Sofie. In short, our stay was smooth and pleasant. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons:

Street was noisy, but that wasn't a problem at all because you'll hear the same noise wherever you go in Hanoi. You get used to it after a while

Schade fand ich, dass die roof top Terrasse verglast ist und eigentlich nur für das Frühstück genutzt werden kann
