Très bon emplacement dans un milieu très fleuri et agréable et très bon petit déjeuner .De très bon conseil pour les excursions

Soggiorno piacevole ad Hanoi
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni della città. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ringraziamo soprattuto Chloe per la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Tramite l’hotel abbiamo inoltre prenotato l’esperienza di due giorni e una notte a Sapa che consigliamo tantissimo!

Pros:

Eine super Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, der Frühstücksraum ist im obersten Stockwerk mit super Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig.

早餐可以根据菜单自选一份；地理位置靠近还剑湖边。

Cons:

热水需提前打开墙上的一个开关，在其它酒店都没有碰到过这种情况；入驻时没理解，导致第一晚无法顺利使用热水。

Acceptable en dépannage
Pros:

L'emplacement au sein de la vieille ville mais très bruyant. Le prix dont nous avons bénéficié parce que le tarif normal est exorbitant, 30€/nuit.
Le petit déjeuner en étant matinal.

Cons:

Le bruit. Le fait que notre arrivée tardive vers 22h ne nous a pas donné droit au pot d'accueil ni au plan de la ville avec ses explications, pas plus que le lendemain d'ailleurs.
La qualité Wifi déplorable.
La qualité des cartes SIM vendues sur place qui fonctionnent très mal dans le nord.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tout à pied. Les chambres sont correctes, les lits confortables.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top. Le personnel est très serviable. Lors de notre séjour nous avons eu besoin de prendre 2 fois notre petit déjeuner à 6h30 et tout était prêt. On nous a même préparé des sandwichs tout frais à emporter pour nos excursions.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant avec le bruit des voitures et des klaxons mais on est à Hanoï...

Aangenaam hotel in het midden van Hanoi met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. We konden pas rond 1 AM inchecken en dat was geen probleem voor hen. Ze namen ook contact met ons op via whatsapp. Ze gaven uitleg hoe alles werkte in de kamer.
De kamer zelf was netjes en zuiver.
Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker en je kon ook van een cool uitzicht genieten.
