Instalaciones y limpieza de las habitaciones y buena dimensión. La ducha con buena presión de agua. Excelentes el WiFi y aire acondicionado. Tiene ascensor, lo cual facilita cuando uno esta con equipaje.

Great hotel option for Rome visit!
Pros:

All above- close to center so easy walking yet a bit away so quiet

Cons:

Their door keys become very rapidly demagnetized. It was super exhausting. That was the only negative drawback - we kept having to get our keys rekeyed so often. They share that this is common in Italy, but I have to be honest I travel internationally and I’ve never had a place have this much problem with keying their cards and having them get demagnetized.

It turned out all good

Very convenient

Cons:

We had issues checking in. My daughter booked a family room and when we went to check in there wasn’t one with 4 beds and they tried to tell her it was her fault. So 2 people booked a night in another hotel so that was 2 extra taxes paid. It was sorted the next day but very frustrating and she has received money back from yourselves. The major point it that they, the hotel, would not take responsibility for their mistake.

Localização excelente, ao lado do metrô, 10 minutos da Fontana de Teevi e Praça da Espanha. Limpo, silencioso, elevador moderno. Ótimo!

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro também.
Localização ótima.

Cons:

Tamanho da cama de solteiro foi a única coisa que não foi tão boa assim.
Colchão bom, roupa de cama também, mas a cama era muito estreita.

Excelente ubicación, seguro y tranquilo
Pros:

Destacamos la tranquilidad del hotel y su ubicación estratégica, a pasos del metro y del autobús. La recepción se encuentra en la segunda planta y el sistema de acceso con tarjeta brinda una gran sensación de seguridad. El establecimiento cuenta con ascensor y habitaciones equipadas con hervidor de agua. Por último, agradecemos que nos guardaran el equipaje antes del check-in, lo cual facilitó mucho nuestra llegada.

Great location and lovely building - would stay again
Pros:

The location was next to a metro and near the Spanish steps and the trevi fountain. It is a unique building and well serviced with a lift.

Cons:

The air conditioning was so powerful that at night it was freezing, despite turning the temperature up. As the rooms were part of an old monastery I suspect that they stayed cool.
