Habitación limpia y muy cómoda. Es un lugar muy centrico y tranquilo. Excelente para descansar, el lugar en general es muy calido.
No me gustó los costos extras del estacionamiento
Muy cómodo y céntrico
Realmente limpio el lugar, de fácil acceso ya que su ubicación es céntrica y cerca de avenidas principales, cerca de ahí hay museos, lugares para desayunar, comer o cenar, buen precio
El detalle es que no servía la televisión, pero por lo demás está bien
Basic economy hotel that is quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom and plenty of hot water. Friendly staff too!
Para el precio y la ubicación, estuvo bien. El colchón estuvo absurdamente duro, y no hay toalla de manos. El plus es que aunque no cuentan con estacionamiento, a unos metros se encuentra uno con el que tienen convenio y para el huésped es gratuito por hasta las 8 am.
This is the best place to stay if you are going to Queretaro. I stayed for 4 nigths with my girlfiend, and we rested very well. No noises and good service. Very near the center, lots of places to eat nearby, lots of museums. I highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel. My room was simple but comfortable. The bathroom was also nice, but there was some mold around the shower door that needs removing.
There is free only internet in the common areas. As long as you know this, it should not be a problem.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there were sufficient plug outlets for me to charge or power my devices.
There is no a/c but the ceiling fan was sufficient.
The location is superb, its close to everything, its also not just safe but very walkable.
Lots of shopping just minutes away and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. A complete win win as long as you understand its a simple and basic, but comfortable hotel.

Un hotel modesto ,pero muy tranquilo muy limpio y el personal súper atento y amable y muy céntrico
Olvide mis zapatos en la habitacion y me di cuenta en tres dias y regrese al hotel para preguntar para mis zapatos y los guardaron. Muy buena recepcion y la gente!!!
No tienen opción de pago con tarjeta y no tienen servicio de alimentos o bebidas
1- Sábanas desgastadas con hoyo de cigarrillo.
2- No llegó la red wifi a mi habitación.
3- Tampoco habia shampoo ni toalla de manos.
4- Las camas son muy duras y rechinan al moverse
