Cons:

Le faltaba mantencion al baño, perdía agua y cada vez que te bañabas se llenaba de agua todo. Por las canillas salía muy mal el agua, salpicaba para todos lados. Además, a penas entramos a la habitación le faltaba barrer...
Solicité con tiempo cochera y no me la reservaron...
No había una televisión grande ni en el lobby, ni en el comedor....para ver los partidos del mundial.

Un gran hotel y spa 4 estrellas
Pros:

El hotel en general está muy bien, nos dieron una doble twin (grande) con frigobar, en el 4to piso al frente, muy amplia y cómoda, tenes lugar para todo y espacio libre para circular también. El baño de la habitación es muy grande y cómodo, las camas son apropiadas y la limpieza general del hotel es fantástica.

La pileta está climatizada con agua bien caliente y el ambiente cálido alrededor, todo el sector de spa esta bien calefaccionado pero no te ahoga. Los saunas no los probé pero a mi prima que viajó conmigo le encantaron. Los masajes están muy buenos.

Cons:

El estacionamiento en la calle es libre pero hay trapitos dando vuelta por la zona, no conseguimos cochera en el hotel (no incluida).

El tamaño de la habitación está muy bien pero la tv era chica (creemos que menos de 32") y no se veia bien con la distancia que tiene a las camas, tendrian que ser televisores de más pulgadas para ese tamaño de habitacion.
Hacia bastante calor, la calefacción central de las habitaciones estaba muy fuerte y aunque la desactivemos seguia emitiendo calor.

La ubicación y el trato amable. La habitación estaba bien decorada, la disposición del mobiliario era cómoda y el estado del mismo era acorde a lo que uno esperaría de la categoría del hotel. Me gustó el comedor, era moderno y amplio. El desayuno era variado, tenían porciones de budín de pan y pionono salado, me pareció original para un desayuno de hotel.

Cons:

Detalles como el secador de pelo que era muy ruidoso (tuve que ponerme auriculares para poder usarlo) y también enganchaba el pelo, así que recomiendo llevar uno propio si es posible. También me pareció raro que dejaran un solo papel higiénico en el baño, cuando llegamos y luego cuando limpiaban la habitación solo dejaban uno.
