Me gustó la ubicación del hotel sin embargo me sigue pareciendo que para la tarifa que ofrecen no haya alberca siendo un restaurante de playa
También no hay ofertas de tour y otras atracciones al turista el personal es más bien indiferente y poco calido con el visitante
Se tiene que mejorar el nivel de atención al cliente ya que no es un lugar memorable

Es muy centrica, buen lugar para caminar y recrearse. El hotel en general esta bien, un poco antiguo pero bien, el unico inconveniente que tuve fue el baño ya que al parecer carece de trampa de drenaje y se percibe el olor del desagüe y la tasa del baño pareciera que tiene detalle por que se queda tirando agua en el deposito de agua, no al exterior si no, al interior.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, en pasillos y habitaciones en general, las cortinas estaban muy desgastadas (rotas); la cama tenia una pata muy despegada, se sentia que te movias y se movia contigo, el baño estaba sucio, si bien mi reserva no contaba con desayuno incluido, en ningun momento me ofrecieron el servicio de restaurante, solo habia una toalla en la habitación cuando era para 2 personas.
Pense que al ser un hotel en el centro sería viejo, pero no pense que estaría tan descuidado.
El personal del segundo día muy amable.
