Pros:

Todo estuvo perfecto. El personal de 10, tanto desde las chicas y chicos de recepción como el personal de limpieza y de cafetería, no tengo más que agradecimiento por el trato calido humano...el hotel de 10 ..lo recomiendo!

Excelente atención
Pros:

La estadía fue muy buena. Queremos destacar especialmente a Agustina, que nos solucionó todos los inconvenientes con gran predisposición y amabilidad. También todos los chicos del personal y la cocinera fueron siempre muy amables y sonrientes, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor.
Nos hospedamos tres noches en hoteles de la misma cadena y este era el único que contaba con cochera; aun así, nos permitieron dejar el auto allí, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. La habitación era muy linda y se notó el esmero en los detalles, incluso con unos chocolatitos de bienvenida. El desayuno fue muy bueno y la ubicación es excelente, bien céntrica. Muy recomendable.

Bien para un hotel barato, con detalles.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno

Cons:

Habitación antigua y no tan bien cuidada, calefacción excesiva y no se puede regular desde la pieza, hay que pedir en recepción que cierren los radiadores, ducha regular, poca regulación de temperatura y con muchas variaciones de temperatura, ( o te quemas o te congelas). No hay estacionamiento privado para todos ni se puede reservar, el personal atento pero poco asertivo. Preguntar bien por el estacionamiento, ya que el personal se contradecía en cuanto a si se podía reservar o había que registrar el auto.

Una buena experiencia.
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia, hotel muy bien ubicado, a pasos del centro civico y calle Mitre que es la avenida principal de San Carlos de Bariloche. Con estacionamiento a un costado.
El personal de recepción 10 de 10 Layla (comise), Agustina, Michelle y Emiliano (recepción) se esforzaron al máximo y siempre con una excelente actitud para solucionar nuestras peticiones. Destacó a Agustina quien nos proporcionó información de la ciudad, sugerencia de yerba mate chocolates y todo lo que se nos ocurrió preguntarle.
Nos vamos con los un grato recuerdo de la estadía.

Cons:

Si bien es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida, el comedor para el desayuno queda en un segundo piso y no hay ascensor.
Afortunadamente el personal de recepción y cafetería se las ingeniaron para atendernos a los cuatro integrantes de nuestra familia en mesa a un costado de la recepción.

Excelente localização e pequeno almoço
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, o nosso quarto era grande e as camas eram confortáveis. O pequeno almoço estava delicioso e muito variado, dos mais completos que vimos na Argentina.

Cons:

Não facilitaram a entrada do carro no estacionamento antes de fazermos o check-in, o que é incómodo e foi o único sitio onde tivémos de fazer o check-in antes de puder colocar o carro no estacionamento, o carro teve de ficar na rampa de acesso. Seria um ponto a melhorar.

Pros:

El personal es sumamente amable en todos los turnos , supieron dar respuesta a las problemáticas que surgieron. La ubicación es ideal si uno quiere estar cerca del centro donde hay muchas opciones de compra , gastronomía y paseos. El desayuno está muy completo y rico. Tiene parking en el hotel con bastante disponibilidad . Las habitaciones que dan hacia el parking tienen una vista muy bonita del lago.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tenían detalles chicos de terminaciones y mantenimiento. Los primeros días nos quedamos en una habitación que daba hacia un patio interno, y con el ruido de los otros huéspedes y del hotel de jóvenes egresados vecino complicó poder dormir. Se lo planteamos al personal y le buscaron la vuelta para acomodarnos en otra habitación además de que hablar con el otro hotel para bajar el volumen , lo cual se notó. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado , lo cual en verano se hace notar.

Muy amable el personal y disponibles para dar indicaciones. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito y merienda de cortesía. Desayuno continental muy bueno y contundente.
La mejor vista al lago, ubicado a media cuadra del centro.
Algunos detalles de limpieza, pero todo conversable.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Solo tiene escaleras, asi que ojo con las maletas o personas mayores, pero se puede solicitar una habitación en la planta baja (se debe informar al momento de la reserva).

Aceptable precio versus calidad
Pros:

La ubicación, excelente.

Cons:

El día que llegamos no teníamos dónde estacionar la camioneta a pesar que la publicación decía que el hotel contaba con estacionamiento propio. Tuvimos que dejar la camioneta en la calle. Al día siguiente nos pasaron un estacionamiento.
