Fueron atentos con la cancelación ya que no podían cumplir con la reserva realizada

En booking garantizaba la cochera y al llegar no era así. Tuvimos q pedir cancelación porq esta en pleno centro y no hay donde dejar el auto en la calle.

La ubicación y el precio son excelentes! Hay estacionamiento y en la recepción siempre hay alguien para ayudar. Desayuno miu rico y lleno de opciones. La habitación estaba perfecta con la mirada hacia el lago.

Ariana, la chica de recepcion, excepcional, si no hubiera sido por ella nuestra estancia hubiera sido pesima. Gran persona, super profesional y encantadora

Despues de probar 6 secadores de pelo consegui uno que funcionara. La habitacion tenia la calefaccion tan fuerte que no se podia respirar dentro, por suerte, Adriana nos cambió a una en mejores condiciones. El hotel no tiene las prestaciones que deberia para el precio que tiene

Boa tarde, Gostamos do atendimento, em geral, excelente. Café da manhã não muito variável mas muito bom. Quarto bem quente, com uma vista linda, cama muito boa também, bem no centro de tudo.

Boa tarde, não gostamos da escada de acesso, muito íngreme e de degraus estreitos dificultando as subidas e descidas no dia a dia. O quarto é pequeno mas quentinho e muito bom de ficar mas quando chegamos no banheiro, decepção total, a área que tem para tomar banho é ínfima, pequena demais e colado no vaso. Horrível, acho que foi 305 que ficamos. O dono deveria ir um dia tomar banho lá para entender certinho o que estou falando. Ano que vem voltaremos e ficaremos neste hotel mas neste apartamento, não.

Baño muy chico, no entra una persona grande en la ducha. No tenía bidet ( no estamos en Brasil, en argentina usamos por dioss). El colchón malo, ya tenía resortes vencidos. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche, ruidos internos y externos, motos autos gritos de los pendejos, hermosoooo . He estado en otros hoteles y entra gente como también pasan autos Pero ni te enteras... Y pague caro, no lo elegí por precio.
