Muy bien

Cons:

En el caso nuestro éramos una pareja de las cuales solo quede yo registrada, pero mi esposo tomo un tour a nombre de el y vinieron a recogernos pero por no aparecer registrado informaron que no estaba alojado y perdimos el tour.

Que en un hotel no agarren americanexpress, es increíble que te digan, no aceptamos esa tarjeta, en un hotel que quieran turismo internacional, sólo por ese hecho, nosotros no regresaríamos, la gente de éste hotel debe de tener una visión global.

The gardens are beautiful. Breakfast and people from the kitchen were very nice.

Cons:

Front desk lady very unfriendly. No coffee for costumers, wifi signal very poor. No insulation between rooms, we can hear the snoring of the guy next door, noise and music allow untill late night.

Fine but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Location is great. Walkable to all of Antigua. Easy check in and offer late checkout for $10 per hour. Shower with good water pressure.

Cons:

Bare bones place. No frills, no AC. Kind of dingy inside the room. Internet was terrible.

Pros:

It was beautiful! The rooms were great, clean, loved the esthetic.

Cons:

Pre-packaged breakfasts for early morning (before regualr breakfast time) needs to be ordered before a certain time so we missed out on a breakfast day because we weren't told. The bathroom window needs a lock because it looks out to the courtyard where other guests pass by.

El cobro sale en dólares y cuando vas a pagar no tienen como cobrar en dólar entonces te hacen el cambio de la moneda a lo que ellos quieren no a lo que es legal. Y cuando decidí pagar mejor en efectivo para evitar eso me salen con que no pueden dar cambio en dólar solo en quetzales e igual te hacen la conversión aún más desfavorable para el cliente.por otro lado dos días con el calentador dañado, así que solo agua fría, fatal eso
Y por lo otro es que no sé que pasa pero no hay privacidad en las habitaciones se escucha al vecino, así que me tocó escuchar el ronquido de uno y la borrachera del otro...😔

Pros:

El hotel es super céntrico, a dos calles del parque central y en la avenida de salida de La Antigua. El patio interior es muy bonito, así como los vestigios arqueológicos y la terraza.

Cons:

No hubo agua caliente en la ducha durante dos días. Se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban y los ruidos que hacían los cuartos vecinos. El parqueo queda un poco lejos del hotel, asi que hay que caminar un poco para llegar a él.
