Absolutely disgusting. Sheets were dirty, the water smelled, The knobs on the ac were broken. The lock to the front door was broken. Disgusting experience. I actually slept in my sleeping back on top of the bed.

Great price for a good sleep. I don't mind that it's a no frills accommodation. Clean room with AC, heat, shower or tub. 💙💙💙

I would never come back here. AC doesn’t work not clean no coffee maker. Only one electrical socket works.

Mid-July and AC didn't work. Carpet was disgusting, mattress too soft, pillows lumpy, no extra pillows, shower curtain was a tangled mess. Very little toilet paper left on only roll in room, only 2 bath towels, no hand towels, no washcloths. No convenient power outlets. Parking lot was a field of broken concrete. No visible ice machine. Door was not secure.

The staff sent me a very nice message letting me know there was no room at the in. I contacted both the establishment and Expedia to inform them of this. I hope I am not charged.

Dirty sheets on the floor. Vacuum cleaner inside the room. Stains on carpet.
Bed uncomfortable. Only one blanket.
No room key provided. We have stayed here before, but will not choose it again.

While I really appreciate the check-in time of 2:30 AM, the room wasn’t made properly, it sure if it was even cleaned. One bed was not made at all. The pillow was dirty as hell. There was no towel or soap. Could be better prepared for guests.

Loved the location and everything about staying there. Not a fan of overpriced big hotels then this is your place.

Room was clean, bed was mostly comfortable. Motel is old but in good shape. Really no complaints. Excellent room for the great price.

If you like an retro expereince, this motel fits the bill! If you would prefer everything looking new, this place is not for you. I love the retro feel and comfort of the drive right to the door, old time motel. Also, whenever I stop, the staff is so very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy and I get a great night sleep every night. If my trip takes me by Heyburn and the time is right, I choose Tops Motel each time.

No one in office for check in.Holes in carpet, sheets stained,one towel and one washcloth for 2 people,no way to regulate heat and air.

They did not have any reservation under my name. No room available. I left at 10 pm to find other place.

A lot of bed bugs. Woke up covered in bites.

We would have loved to stay the night but no one was at the office when we arrived. We had messaged we would be in late. We had driven 18 hours. We called and rang the bell but nobody answered. We have up and went to the truck stop and slept in the car.
