Air-condition are not working...we can't sleep,then we waited for 2 hours because reception tell maintenance are coming for repair we waited 1 hour and she said he never come...we was so mad..then she show another room the Air-condition still same...moreover,the staff said she will refund our money back to us ...cause we're not able to stay there we was so tired due to thaipusam prayers at batu caves...I'm very disappointed...the toilet also quite dirty...and we book Richablitz hotel which near this hotel the was so good and clean...It had been one month till now they haven't refund...we messaged but they didn't reply and we call them they said they can't refund and arguing and at the last they said they will refund but till now haven't..very bad experience...

Very near to Hospital Selayang. Book the hotel for rest and waiting for visiting time. Walking distance to hospital and Suka Desert.

Not recommended sebab slow service and tak comfort.

Not comfortable sebab time I dalam bilik hotel ada bau asap rokok. Plus I masa tu mmg tengah penat sgt so i just wait for the staff utk take action . But tak de pun ! Until I kena turun and infom ada org merokok dlm hotel 😓 .

And masa i nk check in i kena tggu lama sedangkan i dah book online and masa i sampai pun dah jam 4 ptg. Should be bilik da ready. Tapi i kena tggu half an hour utk masuk bilik hotel .
