The waiter in the dining room had a wonderful personality. The rooms were basic but super clean. Not a spec of dirt anywhere. Receptionist was fantastic in helping us to rent a tuk tuk when the grab that we booked did not turn up.
No kettle in the room. You have to go make coffee in reception and carry piping hot coffee in small paper cups to your room if you wanted a late night or early morning cup of coffee. Although we were thankful that it was available

We were here only for a one night stay over and it was very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, some English spoken, inexpensive room rate, and easy walking distance to/from the bus terminal
There's a restaurant in the hotel but no breakfast served, it's unfortunate (maybe too few guests...there were only half a dozen of cars on the parking in front when we were there)

พนักงานต้อนรับไม่พูดไม่ดีเลย หางเสียงหน้าตาไม่ยิ้มแย้ม โดยรวมโอเคผมติดที่พนักงานอย่างเดียว
Staff were ok. The place was so out of date you felt that you were back in the 70s. It was good enough for a one night stay where I could get a hot shower and a good night sleep. What more do you need.
This is a 3 star type hotel I don't know what all the other reviewers are talking about I found this place quite cozy for a couple of nights. English not good but your in Thailand and why expect English and for the TV when most visitors are local's and speak Thai. For the price there's not a lot better if you want better then pay more and go into city centre and stop wingding, but for a budget take my word there's not much better around. I just rocked up and got the best price.
