I find it incredible that they don’t clean your room daily. I did not see posted anywhere when i made the reservation that we only clean your room every other day.
I have stayed at places that offer if you want to help the environment hang your towels up and that sort of thing, But never have i been flat out told we don’t clean your room daily
Presumably if i would check out each day i could get a clean room
Hampton inn and Hilton in the past were always a trusted easy reservation .
No more .

Our stay was very good. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful in several occasions.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. When we first got into our room, it smelled a smoke and they moved us immediately.

Cons:

The sliding bathroom door across the closet in the bathroom is not an ideal design.

Friendly professional staff to greet you and follow-up with you during the stay. The breakfast was fresh and nicely made

The staff members were lovely. John Dianne at check-in were patient with the extreme amount of people looking for some help. Mia was lovely to interact with also

Very nice
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The heated pool is a nice feature.

Cons:

While the room was clean, the sheets had specs of dirt on them. We called the front desk and the hotel changed them right away.
