Parking garage.

Cons:

They charged me $15.95 for parking because their app to download was not working. Besides I'm a UMASS hospital employee and am supposed not be charged.

Our stay was fine, a bit expensive for the conditions but at least it was in walking distance to our destination.
Pros:

The location was fairly convenient to the venue we were attending.

Cons:

Parking felt so limited that we didn’t dare to leave during our stay for fear of loosing our space. Things were pretty old and could have been much cleaner than they were.

Very good will stay again if I’m in the area
Pros:

The room was immaculate the bed was comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was also great

Cons:

The heating unit in the room was extremely noisy. We got in late so didn’t call desk

Pros:

Eggs were not great but the rest was good . I love the coffee.
