Good location and clean, but everything else very poor (service,value for money, thin walls)
Pros:

Location was good, generally clean

Cons:

Walls very thin, can hear your neighbours. Considered 4 star accommodation but definitely not, 3 star max and service more like 2 star. Bathroom floor was clogged, when we went out we requested reception to check it. When we came back from a day out (out for 6 hours plus), the shower was fixed but the room door had been left open by the hotel….

Also cleaned our towels one day but forget to replace so had to request from reception again. Our stay was only 3 nights but had many issues.

С теплотой будем вспоминать наше прибывание в отеле.
Pros:

Великолепное расположение. Не далеко метро и множество кафешек. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Готовы помочь в решении любых задач.

Cons:

Недостаточное количество розеток. Дорогие и не содержательные завтраки. Лучше питаться с соседних кафешках.

Pros:

Great location and bed area was nice and clean + modern.

Cons:

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.
Did not have a good rest, woke up with neck and head pain.
Bathroom appeared clean from a far but when looking more closely there where some areas that where not cleaned thoroughly and lacked attention to detail; corners of shower floor, drainhole and outline of sink. Shower drain was also blocked on the 1st night so had to ask staff to attend to this.

Pros:

Room is clean, small, but the layout make use of the space efficiently. The wall of my room kinda worn off but overall the room is nice, everything looks new other than the wallpaper.
Like that they providing quality shampoos, but the quality of the toothbrush can be improved.

Nice boutique hotel but a bit overpriced tbh
Pros:

Good location near MRT and many restaurants and a 7-eleven, very clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure for the shower, fragrant hallways

Cons:

Front desk staff was not very warm not welcoming, not very professional. When we checked out they did not even say "thank you for booking with us" or ask about our stay. They simply collected our card keys and then went to the office to sleep! I noticed frayed towels also. Front desk staff doubles as cook for breakfast (weird).
