this hotel has better value of $$ compare other hotels in the same area

Generally are goods. Quality of spring bed & leaking toilet facilities can be improve. Many doors but only one can enter/exit.

Good location, good food around the area. Good standard for a budget hotel

WiFi is not working，do no have toothbrush and toothpaste if rent cost rm5 more， room is small，table is small and shaky ，do no have water heater ， breakfast dont have also，feeling cheated by the description

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. The problems im having hard time to deal with are hygiene and maintenance. We were there to stay 1 night as time was quite late, when we first step in the room, we were welcomed by "some" cockroaches. As those cockroaches are extremely small, they quickly run into holes and gaps between wall... And our bathroom actually flooded during shower.

came walk-in. staff helpful & friendly. fast check-in. cool elevator. my kids were amaze by unique elevator. clean & neat. however, room is quite small. we were looking for a small space to pray, but not a big issue at all.. overall, worth the price for a short-stay.

Always been a no brainer to select Smile.
For us the location is priority with easy access to major highways.
Must have been the 6th time we have stayed.
Thumbs up for cleanliness, hygiene, facilities, TV channels parking and hospitality.
Not mentioning the reasonable prices always.
However the surrounding area seem to be feeling the economic downturn.
With many shop lots and cafes shutting down.
For a quick snack they now offer a basic room service menu Kudos.
Should be checking again pretty soon,

New hotel,have lift,room is clean,Mart n restaurant is very near and the mosque is just in front of the hotel.The cons is,you can hear sound from other room clearly esp during at night.A bit noisy..

Very nice place, single rooms a bit small, next size up double bed room has lots of space for one person

The room is extremely small with hardly any walking spaces in the room. Also the hotel allowed visitor who rent the room on hourly basis which may indicate the hotel is used for not so ethical activities.

I like to stay here, can reach many restaurants just steps away.

Good cost place and accessible to lots of places. Excellent Wi-Fi and hotel service.
