Fabulous welcome and stay at The Indigo.
Pros:

We loved the quiet location. Having been to Singapore many times it was lovely to see a quieter, traditional area. There are so many quirky shops and cafes and interesting architecture close by. The MRT at Marine Parade is close by and only 3 stops from Garden on the Bay.
Its proximity to the airport is also a bonus.
The hotel itself is classy and clean with a Peranakan theme. So much nicer and memorable than a Western chain.
The welcome the staff, the pool and the rooms were all first class.
I would love to return.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Interesting area for exploring with good access to public transport. Outstanding service and decor.
Pros:

The hotel decor is especially charming reflecting the Peranakan Houses in this area. The foot bowl in the bathroom was a lovely touch.Staff were outstanding and offered assistance and suggestions.

1. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They were very patience in explaining when I were in doubts on the fees and payments
2. Pillows comes with firm and soft options
3. Complimentary sweets!!

Cons:

Aircon control don't seem to be consistent across different rooms. A 25 degree Celsius may be colder in one room than the other.

Great place to stay and explore Singapore.
Pros:

Lovely room with nice traditional tiles and furniture.
Great breakfast to start the day.
Rooftop infinity pool was memorable.
While a bit away from the city centre, it was close to Marine Parade MRT station so able to get around quite easily.
The area around the hotel was nice with great restaurants.
Nice staff, very obliging.

Cons:

The window in the shower was a bit off - needed to pull the blind down for privacy while showering.

Also the key card reader for the lift was frustrating at times.

Gorgeous hotel we had a lovely stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel situated well in Singapore and over half the price of hotels around marina bay. Easy reach of the underground to travel about.
Staff were all amazing and friendly. We always felt welcome.
The room was gorgeous with amazing views on the 15th floor. I loved the free sweets in the room it was a nice touch.
The bed and pillows were very comfy. Very important for us as my husband has a bad back.
The breakfast was delicious and plenty of selection to choose from. I would definately stay here again.
The rooftop pool and bar were also wonderful. There is a fab gym aswell which we didn’t use

Très bon séjour modulo le lever matinal du voisin
Pros:

Un très bon hotel dans un quartier sympa de Singapour.
Chambre décorée avec gout et un personnel très aimable et serviable.
Belle piscine en rooftop avec vue dégagée

Si votre voisin de chamber fait couler un bain à 5h00 du matin, vous serez moins content !

I know it’s impossible to rate the highest but I just did because they deserve it.
I’m not sure if it’s just Singaporeans that are just very courteous but this hotel takes it a notch higher - they remember your name. Every question was answered with true honesty together with personal recommendations.
The room, thanks to Rose on the 12th floor, was prepared perfectly. It’s a really nice room and I’ve accumulated 2.5M air miles in my prof career. This visit was just ‘Fun and visiting Friends’ so it was just perfect.
Something funny: I was taking a shower and I thought, Cool, I can see the view during my shower…. When I’m drying, there is this sign that states, ‘enjoy the view but remember it is 2 way so they can see you’. I laughed by _ss off.
Go to the shoreline and rent a bike early in the morning before the sun bakes you.

Cons:

I could barely find anything wrong with the property. No dust. No mold, nothing. It’s very obvious that whoever cleans-up, Rose, loves her job.
BTW, Sh_raton at Newton had mold …
OK, it would be nice to have a long towel holder to dry the large towel?

We just loved staying here and cant wait to stay again. It was such a beautiful hotel and we love the area.
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were all wonderful and our room was spectacular. It was designed in such a cool way and was so fun and unique, had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Our view was incredible and loved the shower! Indigo was also in the best location for Katong area.

Cons:

Nothing truly!
