Beautiful room, unique perks like foot soaking tub, friendly staff, gave me a room before check in time.

Room is authentic and homy, you feel like at home and we love Baba Chew restaurant, breakfasts was truly unforgettable, you did your orange juice by yourself with juicer manually. Marivel and her colleagues are friendly, especially Marivel (at Baba Chew) , she is outstanding one and her radiant smile made your day.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff at check-in were very friendly and welcomed us with a smile and hot tea. Great start to our stay! The rooms are designed beautifully keeping true to the historic nature of the neighbourhood. The location is exceptional next to many famous eateries, small family run businesses and a number of malls. It’s also a short walk to the East Coast promenade! Overall a great hotel in a historic neighbourhood providing top notch service and amenities. Highly recommend.

This turned out to be a superb hotel: not only were the facilities excellent, it had real character. Clever decoration, quirky design that was always interesting and never annoying, wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast restaurant with outstanding coffee ...

A lovely room with a cool vibe and comfortable bed. The staff were all great, especially Joan (at breakfast) and the team. Great coffee from the barista at breakfast as well. Close to the Marine Parade MRT station, so very easy to get around.

I loved my stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I felt cared for during my stay there. The room was a beauty to walk into. The Peranakan design of the room helped me know I was someplace else and on vacation. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. After a day of exploring the Peranakan shophouses and the Katong neighborhood, the basin to soak my feet in was so appreciated. The daily breakfast at Baba Chews was something I looked forward to. There were so many appetizing items, it was hard to choose. The location of the hotel is a good jumping off point. It was close to the airport. The Marine Parade MRT station is within walking distance and the line can get you to Gardens by the Bay without transferring. The hotel is surrounded by several shopping and dining choices. If I make it back to Singapore, Hotel Indigo will be where I stay.

Room was a reasonable size. It would have been nice to have ordered breakfast from the displayed menu outside Baba Chews & to have European porridge for example available to hotel guests, as well as the standard eggs menu

Staff were very helpful and polite. Interior decor with its attention to local culture. It also smelt lovely. No idea what the scent was but it smelt nice as soon as you walked through the door. Heritage view was amazing.

Love Peranakan style and the Hotel Indigo Katong goes all-in on it.
When we walked in to our room and saw the colourful tiles, multi-coloured vinyl strap outdoor chair and foot bow in the bathroom I couldn't help but smile.
The decor is just terrific and makes you feel good. Much more uplifting than the dark wood of our previous hotel.
The staff were terrific; maybe the decor lifts their spirits, too. We had a problem with the air conditioning a couple of days into our stay but it was attended to immediately with multiple apologies and a follow-up call that night to make sure everything was working okay. Management even sent a basket of fruit by way of further apology; not necessary but appreciated all the same.
The pool is a welcome relief from the Singapore heat, although shade can be at a premium.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot.

Very safe neighborhood with numerous restaurants and shopping as well close to the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and were fluent in English. Subway was only a few blocks away. Breakfast was excellent at Bubba Chews.

The Indigo Singapore Katong hotel is a wonderful place to stay, if you want to be near the airport, but away from the bustle of the city. There are buses on East Coast Highway to other MRT hubs, and the MRT Train/subway is about 900 metres away at Marine Parade MRT. My room was great, large, fully functional with all the facilities needed. Meals can be taken at the adjoining Baba Chews restaurant or the many restaurants on East Coast Highway,, just steps away. Front desk staff were courteous, friendly and efficient, the cleaning/huse staff did a great job and were approachable if anything was needed. Bar staff on the roof bar were great. I had a great time and look forward to a return visit.
