Wonderful experience and good customer service
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for four nights from 24/12 to 28/12. The hotel is infront of a main road which is sometimes noisy but accessible to attractions areas by using transport. U can find some restaurants, mosque, street food and minimart within walking distance (100m to 300m). Most important our room were cleaned daily. Good job to the housekeeping department Mr Aep and Mr Iman for making the room clean, thank you.

Personál je milý a příjemný.

Cons:

Slabé snídaně - brzy ráno ok, později absolutně nestíhají (nebylo ovoce, nebylo těsto na palačinky, nebyly ubrousky, nebylo skoro nic).
Na pokoji jen jedna osuška na osobu (žádný ručník ma ruce, chybělo mýdlo na mytí rukou).

Pros:

Overall cleanliness and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast have a nice spread but not tasty. The sound of the choked water pipes is irritating. It is loud and kept us awake whenever someone uses the toilet.

Good for short and long stays
Pros:

Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was quite comfy.
Breakfast had a lot of options.

Cons:

The wall are quite thin, so you can hear all of your neighbours. This is specially annoying during weekends when families with children populate the hotel.
Also, the key card for the room sometimes decides to stop working, and you have to go down to the reception to fix it. It happened two or three times during my stay and it becomes annoying.
