Conveniently located hotel, which needs more attention to move from being sufficient to outstanding.
Pros:

The rooms are standard hotel rooms that offer comfort and convenience since the hotel is centrally located in Bandung.

Cons:

The breakfast left much to be desired. Food was served cold and the breakfast buffet was not re-stocked as different items ran out. My family also picked up a big from the food at the hotel.

An absolutely memorable anniversary stay!

Honestly, I am so glad we decided to stay at Mercure Nexa Supratman Bandung to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Right from the moment we walked through the doors, the service was incredible. The Front Office team was super helpful, welcoming, and really set the tone for our trip.

A huge shoutout to Mr. Jun, the Front Office Manager, who made our check-in process super quick and smooth. He also personally made sure that our room was fully decorated by the housekeeping team. When we walked in, we were genuinely surprised—the setup was beautiful, we got a lovely cake, and the room (especially the floor) was spotlessly clean. My wife was absolutely thrilled with the whole surprise!

Another major plus is the location. It’s super strategic right on Jalan Supratman.
Getting to the city center is a breeze, and if you want to grab some good food, hang out, or explore the Riau area and Gedung Sate, it’s all just a short distance away. Getting around was so easy and saved us from dealing with crazy traffic.

Overall, our stay was unforgettable and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing staycation in Bandung or wanting to celebrate a special milestone with your partner. We will definitely come back!
